This beautiful rancher is located within steps of the beach. All rooms have just been completely remodeled and newly furnished including family room, living room, kitchen, two bedrooms and dining area which opens out to a beautiful deck for outside dining. The master bedroom has a queen size bed and is also equipped with a TV. The 2nd bedroom has a bunk bed which has one twin and one full mattress. The fully equipped kitchen includes dishwasher, garbage disposal and microwave. Laundry room includes both washer and dryer. Everything you should need to enjoy your stay should be included such as central air, gas grill, hair dryer, beach umbrellas, beach chairs, beach tags etc. The only thing you need to bring is your bath towels and bed linens!! Off street parking is available for two cars with additional ample street parking. No smoking or pets please!

We are also approximately 5 minutes away from the beautiful new Borgata, Harrah's and Trump Marina Casinos and make sure you make time to also visit the well known Atlantic City Boardwalk, casinos and the new Atlantic City Walk which is our new outlet mall. The Walk includes stores such as Coach, Kenneth Cole, Gap, Liz Claiborne, Polo Ralph Lauren and many more!!

Great family vacation!

This is our 2nd year renting from Nancy and Jerry and they have consistantly provided our family with all amenities listed. This home is super clean, spacious and in a fantastic location directly across from the beach entrance. Great for a fun, family beach vacation! You will enjoy your stay in this home and it's gracious owners.

What a great house. My family has been staying at this house for 3 years now. We plan to rent again next summer. All the comforts of home. Everything you need is there. This vaction house is so clean and well taken care of. The beach is right across the street, just minutes away.
We enjoyed our stay here very much. Jerry and Nancy we thank you for allowing us to rent your beautiful home. We look forward to renting your house next year.

This house is Excellent The location is perfect Beach is right accross the street, It was clean wide open space.
Nancy and Jerry should be proud of there shore house wetreated it as if it was our home as well.
We have told our friends about the house and a few of them will be calling Nancy.
It was an A+++ experience for our family the kids loved it as well.
