This beautiful rancher is located within steps of the beach. All rooms have just been completely remodeled and newly furnished including family room, living room, kitchen, two bedrooms and dining area which opens out to a beautiful deck for outside dining. The master bedroom has a queen size bed and is also equipped with a flatscreen TV. The 2nd bedroom has a bunk bed which has one twin and one full mattress. The fully equipped kitchen includes dishwasher, garbage disposal and microwave. Laundry room includes both washer and dryer. Everything you should need to enjoy your stay is included such as central air, gas grill, wireless internet service, beach umbrellas, beach chairs, beach tags, hair dryer, etc. The only things you need to bring are your towels and bed linens!! Off street parking is available for two cars with additional ample street parking. No smoking or pets please!

2013 Reservations: Come and stay on the beautiful island of Brigantine in our home which is only steps to the beach. Reserve your 2013 vacation now. A few choice weeks or long weekends are still available.

Place is immaculate. Directly across the street to beach ... easy access. Walking distance to nice restaurant (Pirate's Den) and Catholic Church. Owners are very welcoming and personable. We had a very relaxing week.

Wonderful Stay

My husband and I stayed here for Labor Day Week in 2011. The location is fantastic with the beach literally being steps away from the home. The house itself is surprisingly spacious. The pictures on the website don't do the home justice...the living room is HUGE. The whole house is very bright and airy and is clean and comfortable. The kitchen is large and well equipped, but we ate most of our meals on the back deck, which is perfect for entertaining. Besides being right across from the beach, the house is within walking distance to convenience stores, restaurants, souvenir shops and a small grocery and liquor store. The private parking is nice, but there is usually on street parking available for other guests as well. There are also frequent buses to AC that stop down the street if you don't want to drive to the casinos and don't want to spend the money on a taxi. The owners are so easy to deal with...we would love to spend another vacation here in the near future. This was our first time staying in Brigantine and it was perfect.

A must see!

My family has been vacationing in Brigantine for more than 30 years. This year we had to find a new place to stay and were very lucky to come across this beach house. The inside is extremely clean and it has everything you could possibly need.

The house is great for entertaining - a beautiful deck off the back and spacious kitchen - but also very cozy and great for our young family.

We are looking forward to coming back next year for a relaxing beach vacation.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Girls Getaway, Families with Young Children

Beautiful Beach House

We loved staying in this beach house during our week in Brigantine! It is so very clean and they really do supply the house with everything you could ever need. We have two small children so the location was perfect with being steps to the beach. The beach toys and chairs were greatly appreciated! The back deck and patio furniture is very nice to relax on and listen to the ocean. The inside of the house is beautifully decorated. Nancy is great to rent from; the communication was great! We would highly recommend this house!
