Do not rent this house!

We rented this house for a week the end of July. The hot tub was out of order, the house was not clean, there were no bikes, and there were fleas in the carpet. We left the house in better shape than it was when we go there. After 3 weeks we were supposed to get our security deposit back. I contacted the seller at least 8-10 times asking when we would receive our security deposit and he never responded. I finally did a dispute with paypal and my credit card company and they both found he was at fault. We have been issued the security deposit credit to our credit card, but I would not recommend this house to anyone!
Owner's Response: 1. We never advertized the house as having a hot tub since we don't offer one.
2. The bicycles are and always have been in a closet located right next to the entrance door and that uses the same key as the front door.
3. There were never any fleas on the carpet, we had renters in right after her who had no such experience. You can actually see the review they posted after their stay.
This renter accidentally broke one of our ceramic fruit platters. They also received a speeding citation in the community that they never paid for and that I am responsible for.
I had to use part of their deposit to pay the speeding citation and purchase another platter for my next guests' arrival. The reason it took longer for the remainder of the deposit to be refunded is because they immediately filed a chargeback with Paypal asking not only the deposit, but also for an unsubstantiated additional sum. Paypal dispute is still open until evidence submitted by both parties is being reviewed.
