Enjoy our large Heated pool , lounging on the pool deck or BBQ and shoot the breeze with the many repeat guests who love the Island. The unit is Turn Key, need only your toothbrush, swimming suit and food. The unit is clean clean, our last quest said the 'cleanest on the beach' The Villa is three stories with garage on ground level, the living area has a screened in balcony, where you can watch the waves rolling in on the beach, the dolphins play and the pelicans beg ,or watch the famous Sunsets of Bradenton Beach. Walk the white sand beach for miles, collect sea shells, swim in the warm clear Gulf waters. And Enjoy our Free Trolley that travels the complete Island until 11:00 p.m. to go shopping, restaurant or sight seeing. (trolley stops only a few steps from Villa)

Go south to Florida's Favorite Shopping and Dining, at St. Armends Circle, one mile east is Sarasota, the Finest Arts and Crafts in America, Music Festivals, Live Theaters. Ringling Museum and Jungle Gardens. 20 miles north is the country's largest Outlet Mall in Ellenton.
