Third floor ocean front condo in Sand Bridge area of Virginia Beach. The condo faces north, with a beautiful panoramic balcony view of Atlantic Ocean and Back Bay National Wildife Refuge. 15 minutes from dozens of golf courses, dining and shopping. 60 minutes from the Outer Banks and Nags Head. Immediate access to beach and ocean. Full kitchen, dining and living areas, two large bedrooms. 32 inch television with Xbox 360 in living area. Queen size sleeper in living area. Master bedroom includes california king bed and 23 inch LCD tv with DVD player. Queen size bed in guest bedroom. The condo is located in the facility 'Sanctuary at False Cape' and is privately rented. Beautiful courtyard pool, hot tub and grills. Two parking spots available for this unit. No pets. This was a fantastic rental experience. Everything Chris told us would happen did, and sooner than expected. We got the keys and parking pass a week before we left for vacation and we got the deposit back within 2 weeks of coming back.

The place was clean and roomy (2 adults and 2 kids) and the kids loved the pool. The weather didn’t cooperate but it was nice to get away. We would certainly rent this place again.
