The laundry is well equipped with a new washer & dryer, ironing board and iron. We also provide laundry detergent for our guests' use.
Why Rent From Us? Why do we rent directly to our guests? We spent over $170,000 renovating this fantastically located Condo, only to find that the management company wanted to put in the old, tired institutional sheets that didn’t even fit the thick ultra plush bedding we purchased for our guests’ comfort, towels that had seen better days, and no personalized service. We provide many extras to make your stay more enjoyable. We provide all paper products, trash bags, shampoo, soap, dish and laundry soap.
We want the whole experience for our guests to match the quality of the Condo, so we’re doing it ourselves, with all the comforts of home combined with oceanfront pampering.

Sales and accommodations tax (currently 12.5%) and $150 Pre-arrival housekeeping charge will be added to rental rate, as well as $69 fee for security depositi insurance, in leiu of taking a security deposit. Rates are subject to change without notice until reservation is confirmed with payment. Generally, Condo rents weekly (Saturday to Saturday) during the summer and holiday periods, but contact us if that doesn't work for you and we will see if we can accommodate your schedule.
