Take a break from the hustle and bustle of your everyday routine and bring your family to this 5 bedroom, 3 bath spacious Arrowhead beauty. Located on a quiet street in a gated community and within walking distance to one of three heated pools. First floor offers full kitchen, family room, full bath and two lovely decorated bedrooms. In addition there is a Foosball table and a pool table/air hockey that will appeal to adults as well as older children. And don't forget the portable poker table, darts, ring toss, etc. for hours of fun. Up the stairs to the 2nd floor which opens to the great room, kitchen, dining area and large deck with patio furniture. Three bedrooms and two bath as well as laundry facilities finish off this floor. All of this in an amenity filled gated community.

Big Boulder, Jack Frost and Camelback close by for a great day of skiing and other outdoor activities. Lifeguard on duty at Arrowhead Lakes 3 pools and 5 beaches. Mount Airy Lodge and Mohcian Sun Casinos within 25 minutes.

  • $1100 TO $1500
  • Security Deposit required - $350.00 weekend and $500.00 weekly. Cleaning fee for rental is $125.00. Arrowhead Lakes Community charges Renters the following in addition to our rental rates:
    Gate pass - $25.00 per vehicle per length all seasons.
    $7.50 per person per day or $25.00 per person per week for person 7 and over.
    Amenity badges are required Memorial Day - Labor Day. These fees are not negotiable by the Arrowhead Lakes Community Association. These fees have to be paid to the Association so that upon your arrival all gate passes and badges will be ready.
    Gate passes and amenity badges must be returned to Welcome Center at the end of the stay. If not returned, fees will be deducted from security deposit.
  • RENTERS MUST BE 25 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER. Proof of age required - US Drivers License, No Exceptions.

Fabulous Property!!! Beautifully appointed, plenty of room and wonderful amenities right on the property. Joe and Carolyn were EXCELLENT Hosts!!! Will definitely be back!!!
