You will love this home with the private pool with screen enclosure (yes sun does get through)and fenced backyard.. You cannot go wrong with this house. Read comments from other guests.

Newer home completely redecorated with brand new, in-ground, pool enclosed for privacy in fenced yard. Located on the west end, on Kelly St, it is a short walk (approximately 5 minutes)or a very short drive (approximately less than 1 minute) to the beautiful white sandy beach of Panama City Beach. Hollywood Beach, near Laguna Beach and Sunnyside. Shopping nearby at Publix, Winn Dixie, Target..

The house has everything you will need for a great vacation including a full kitchen with all the utensils, washer and dryer, and gas grill.

The west end of PCB is a lot more private and the traffic is definitely much better. This is the part of the beach families want to be in. The beach is not overpopulated like the east side and the water is awesome. Go snorkeling, fishing, swimming or just bake on the beach and then you can come back to your own private pool. You will always have a great time here.

Cable tv and high speed wireless internet. 5 minutes to Frank Brown Park and the new Pier Park.

Nice Pool Home Near The Beach

We truly enjoyed our stay in this pool home near the beach. The house was just as described on VRBO and VacationRentals.com. The home and pool area were very clean. The kitchen and sitting areas are very spacious. This was a great rental home for our group of 8. The owners and property managers are terrific; easy to contact and willing to make certain everything is in order. The close proximity to the beach was perfect for our vow renewal celebration. Pier Park is only minutes away and downtown Panama City is less than 30 minutes away. We highly recommend this rental property and we will certainly consider renting again in the future.

A Much Needed Vacation

We really had a great time, the pool was great, the house was great. Time flew by and we wished we could have stayed longer. The house was very comfortable, we are still talking about. We invited relatives to share our experience with us from another state. They enjoyed their stay too. And the pool was terrific!The beaches were clear, not a sign of oil. This is a great vacation location. We are already planning our next vacation.to Panama City Beach.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Girls Getaway, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, People with Disabilities, Romantic Getaway

Rich and Brenda were awesome to work with; this was the first time I had rented a house for a family vacation and I can't imagine anyone being more helpful. The house was spacious, and the pool was awesome, it was close to the beach, a short walk even. Thanks for the experience!!!!

I just wanted to say that our Family loved your Kelly Street house. It had everything we needed to have a great vacation minus the food. We enjoyed our stay there and would do it again if Jimi wants to rent it, we are all in. The house is beautiful and being so close to the beach was awesome. We used the pool and the patio a lot and the neighbors were friendly and let us pick oranges on Christmas day, how great is that?
Thanks for letting us use your place for our Christmas. The house is set up nice and that big table was great for game nights and big dinners. Everything was great and I would recommend it to anyone looking for a place to stay close to the beach with a homey atmosphere. 12/18/09 - 12/27/09
