Cottage, 2 Bedrooms + Convertible bed(s), 1 Bath, (Sleeps 6)

Remodeled (2007/2008) cottage in Indian River near Burt Lake. Very clean, comfortable with many amenities. 2 bedrooms; extra large Master has queen bed. 2nd bedroom has twin bunk beds. Double Pull-out sofa in Living Room. Newly remodeld Bathroom with tub/shower. All linens (bedroom, bath and kitchen), fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave and toaster oven, all cooking utensils and dishes. Washer and Dryer in laundry room. Television with DVD player and basic cable. Gas BBQ grill, patio table and chairs, firepit.

1 short block from town, Indian River at end of street. Walk less than 5 minutes to Devoe Public Beach on Burt Lake. Beautiful Indian River Golf Club (public) minutes away. Two public boat launches within one mile. Miniature golf and river kayaking, canoeing and tubing. Bike rentals and trails. Cross in the Woods minutes away. Mackinac Island, Petoskey & Harbor Springs less than 30 minutes away. Great snowmobiling in winter, right at trail head. Close to Skiing at Boyne Mountain and Nub's Nob. Hunting nearby, Mushroom hunting in spring.

Wonderful cottage.

We have rented this cottage for a week each summer for the last three years. The description is perfect. It is clean. Great location. There is alot to do in the area. Great for families.
Recommended for:  Girls Getaway, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children
