Spacious and elegant 2-bedroom apartment, quiet and very convenient

This was a great location and house for a weekend away with friends. We would stay again!

I rented this place as a first-timer to P-Town, and it provided all of the comforts of home in a convenient location. Located a mere block from the center of the commercial district, the top-floor apartment was fully-furnished and provided privacy despite close proximity to shops and restaurants. The king beds were comfy, the towels were fluffy, and the kitchen (while not gourment)provided the basics for cooking meals. There's also off-the-street parking which I'm told is rare.

A few things to note: In the kitchen there's no dishwasher and a small, apartment size range/oven combo. The bedrooms are connected, which wasn't a problem for us but may be for two couples. And with windows open you do hear street traffic and pedestrians.

There's a large Stop and Shop grocery store and liquor store less than a mile away, and lots of restaurants nearby. The Lobster Pot is great for casual New England food (try the lobster roll), and we heard Front St. is great for upscale (we didn't try it).

We would defiinitely rent here again next time we're on the Cape.

My family truly enjoyed our stay in this apartment. The rooms were spacious and breezy, and both bedrooms had very comfortable king-sized beds with high quality linens. The bedrooms are chained together, so you have to walk through one to access the other, but this was perfect for us as we put our daughter in the "far" bedroom. The kitchen was small but functional; the bathroom very large. Neither was up-to-date, but both were clean and reasonably well appointed. The location was very quiet, despite the fact that it was steps away from a busy section of Commercial St. The TV in the living room was tiny, but the WI-FI worked well.
