Great beach house just .3 miles to the beach. Spotless home features a queen size bed and a full bath (there is a indoor shower in the bath). There is an enclosed outdoor shower. Fully equipped kitchen has pots and pans, new ceramic top stove . Private patio features a grill and dinning area. Living room has futon with cable TV, DVD, VHS, and CD player. A small number of movies, books, and games are on hand. Walk to nearby restaurants and ice cream stands. Great mid Cape location for your summer vacation.

Great Vacation

My boyfriend and I stayed in this cottage for a week in August 2011. Sharon was very responsive to emails and questions and it was a pleasure to rent from her. We found the cottage clean and well-equipped. We especially liked being able to grill in the backyard. It was great to be able to use the beach caddy to put all our stuff in and wheel it down to the beach. The walk to the beach was short, about 3/10 of a mile as described. Dennisport has a lot of great restaurants, we enjoyed going to the Dog House, Original Seafood, Ocean House and the Sundae School. The only thing that we didn't love about the cottage was the weak wireless signal. However, a group of cottages share the wireless so it isn't directly in Sharon's control. We would definitely recommend the cottage to friends and family.

We enjoyed Our stay at this lovely cottage. everything we needed was supplied right down to the cleaning supplies! Close to the beach so we could walk. We would definetly consider renting again and would use Home Away anytime.
The fish market is less than 1 mile down the street and many Restaurants are close by.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Girls Getaway, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway
