If you are searching for a great place for a beach vacation...you just found it. Seabrook Island is one of the South's best kept secrets. This private, gated beachfront community has it all. Golf, tennis, horseback riding on the beach, fitness center, restaurants, swimming pools and a beach to die for. Uncrowded except for the pelicans and dolphins, this beach is perfect and is less than 1 minute from the back door of our condo. You just can't get any closer. Now, let me tell you about the condo. It has been recently renovated, really renovated. About the only original thing in it is the drywall. New everything. Granite counter tops, solid surface vanities, all ceramic floors, full ceramic master shower, new appliances. new light fixtures, even new commodes. We also added crown molding everywhere and columns to the entry hall. The decor is very playful and beachy. Sunset walks on the beach with a glass of wine....it just doesn't get any better than this!

This place is so wonderful. It was everything that we expected and more. We were able to take our boxer Shelby with us. This was her first visit to the beach and she was like a 3 year old kid. The entire trip was worth watching her swim in the ocean. We had such a good time and hope to go back soon. Its so quite and relaxing. I dont know of any other beach that you can go to and see deer walking around. We were awaken by Shelby on our last night there at 1:40am and there was a huge deer at the bedroom window. How cool is that!!!! I would highly recommed this beautiful place. Dont forget to see GOD in the amazing sunrises and sunsets.

Wonderful, ocean front, pet friendly condo!

Walking into this condo felt like entering a friends home, not a "rental unit." The first thing walking through the door you see the amazing ocean veiw, located directly outside the condo. The property is pet friendly, but even if you don't have a pet, I would recommend this condo. With the title floors and cleanliness, you wouldn't know pets were ever there. We took our dogs to North Beach everyday after 5 p.m. to run loose with other dogs. Suggest renting a bike for a week. It's a relaxing a fun way to explore the island. Dolphins can been seen daily from the beach. Seabrook is a great island and we can't wait to return!

Absolutely Perfect In Every Way

As advertised, Seabrook Island and this condo are one of the best kept secrets in the South or anywhere. We almost don't want to say great things for fear everyone will find out about it. Great beach, wonderful sunsets, great golf and absolute heaven for dogs. Brought our GoldenRetriever and he has been suffering withdrawal ever since we left. We came to relax and relax we did. Wonderful dining in the area as well. And Charleston is just a short drive away. We will be back.

Great beach vacation!

We spent five great days at this condo and had an amazing time! The proximity to the beach cannot be beat compared with many other properties on the island. The condo is very nicely decorated, clean and has all the amenities you could want. The owners provide great restaurant recommendations... free of charge :)

Our doggie Berndatte enjoyed the condo as well, especially the back deck where she could sniff around to her hearts content.

We truly had a lovely time at this condo and on Seabrook Island in general and cannot WAIT to return next summer.

Absolutely Perfect!!

I began believing that I had to give up staying at nice places because I always travel with my dog. This place certainly changed my mind! It was clean, nicely furnished, and absolutely perfect! I can not stress enough how comfortable I felt from the second I walked in the door. If you do not have pets, you will never know they were accepted. If you have well behaved pets, this place is a rare treat!

You will not have any surprises booking this condo - it surpassed all my expectations!

I would highly recommend Seabrook Island to anyone who is looking for a quiet, relaxed, and friendly place to escape. The beaches were never crowded, the other residents were extremely friendly, and the island itself is beautiful and full of wildlife (from deer to dolphins!) We were able to go into Charleston for a night of entertainment without any problems and really enjoyed having our quiet retreat to return to.

A few other great things:
*the island itself is extremly pet friendly!! In the evening, all the owners and doggies came out to play on the beach.
*The condo's owner is very nice and professional
*the island is also very bike friendly - we brought ours and really enjoyed the short ride into town for breakfast!
