You'll enjoy 2 floors of bright open living, a gourmet kitchen with quality appliances, plus a 4 season screened porch and sunny 2nd floor deck. First floor has 1 bedroom, a full bath with washer and dryer, a dining area with large bay window w/views of the nicely wooded lot, and sliders to the screened porch . There’s a spacious living area with fireplace, SONY High Def TV with STARZ & surround sound, CD, DVD and VCR. The 2nd floor has a full bath, loft bedroom with trundle bed, full bed, and a sunny deck with water views. The 22’ x 24’ master suite has a gas stove, queen bed, and a sitting room with private entrance. This home is my personal residence and was never intended as a rental property. It is fully equipped, spacious, with many extras you wouldn't find in a typical rental. They include top of the line Sony wide screen Hi-Definition TV, 6 speaker Surround system, Bose wave CD/radios in 2 bedrooms, top quality appliances, recessed lighting throughout, and a large fully equipped workable kitchen with center island. There is also an unfinished basement with a radio and ping pong table that does have a walkout to the rear wooded part of the lot.

This comfortable home is set in a nice quiet neighborhood - well away from the Hustle and Bustle yet close to everything. Spend comfortable evenings in the enclosed screened porch, or gaze at the stars from the 2nd floor deck. A short walk to a private landing on Blackfish Creek provides awesome sunset views, and is a great place to unwind with a walk along the shoreline.
