Good Family Vacation

This was our second year in a row staying at the Orange Lake Resort. Our children made the decision to return here as there are a lot of fun things to do here. Condo style two bedroom units are clean and close to tennis, pickleball, pools, shuffleboard, golf, minigolf, waterslides, rock climbing, volleyball, and much more. Although we had tickets to the Mouse trap for one day left over from a previous trip, the kids decided to spend the day at the resort. That's saying a lot.

Went out of her way!

Veronica went above and beyond to help make our stay excellent. Traveling with a special needs infant can be quite the task, and Veronica took the liberty of ensuring that we received extra accommodations -- all for which we didn't even ask! After a week in Naples and Marco Island, our 3 day stay at Orange Lake was what our 8 year old declared as her favorite part of the vacation!

It was the perfect accommodation for our family.

The property and accommodations were lovely and our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The only thing that happened that was disturbing was about an hour before we checked out, we were walking back into the condo and a man was walking out of our unit. When we asked him why he was there he didn't have an answer. When my husband informed the clerk at the desk as we were checking out, she shrugged and said, "maybe he had the wrong unit." That was not the right response. She should have gotten a manager or someone to address that situation immediately.
