Our Week at 45 Tom's Way in Chatham

We are a senior couple with limited mobility. This condo was perfect for us. Everything was on one floor and there were only one or two steps. The kitchen was fully furnished with everything you could possibly need. The living and dining rooms were beautifully furnished and the accessories made the rooms warm and comfortable. The flat screen TV in the living room was easily viewed from the dining room.The 2 bedrooms were large and airy and the three large beds were all very comfortable. The main bedroom was enormous and another bed could easily be put in to it. The air conditioners worked very well although the living room/dining room had no a/c which it really didn't need because of the great cross ventilation. Throught the sliding doors in the dining room is this very comfortable deck with a large glass table and umbrella. There was a barbeque which was in great shape and everything needed to cook on it except charcoal. One of the hi-lites of this condo were the 2 full size bathrooms right off of the bedrooms. Both had showers and one had a bathtub. There were plenty of very nice towels, linens and all types of nice surprises to make your stay comfortable. The unit is located on a dead end street and has a huge backyard. It was quiet at night but only a short distance from the town of Chatham which has all kinds of evening entertainment. The condo is located strategically in the center of Cape Cod and within about a half an hour of all the points you would want to visit. We had a wonderful, restful week. If you're into beaches, there are plenty all around. There is plenty of parking and the cost is very reasonable. Just an added note: Susan, whom we worked out this rental was a pleasure to deal with. Very professional and she delivered whatever she promised.
