Perfect for honeymooners, couples or familes you'll enjoy year round sunsets and views of the gorgeous blue Pacific from viewpoint 60 feet from lanai. And, you CAN see & hear the ocean from our lovely unit. Experience the delight of watching whales breech the waves in the winter and dolphins frolic in the waves year round.

The Keauhou-Kona Surf and Racquet Club complex is a quiet, gated community located on 15 lovely oceanfront acres . Our guests enjoy 3 lighted tennis courts, swimming pool, picnic area, gas and charcoal grills, and we're within walking distance of shopping, restaurants, multi-plex movie theater, and Kahalu'u Beach (aka Turtle Beach) for the best snorkeling on the Island. The complex pool, pavilion and tennis courts are conveniently just outside your 'backyard' (approx 90 ft away).

Places to Go: There are so many things to enjoy on the Big Island. Aside from just relaxing in the condo, by the pool, on the lanai, near the oceanfront, on the beach you can swim, sight see, shop and explore to your hearts content. We've provided the best of Big Island tour books that will guide you all over the island and lead you directly to everything it's possible to see. We'd typically start our mornings with breakfast and snorkeling at the nearby Kahuluu' Park. It's beautiful, warm, has lifeguards, bathrooms, vendors for food and water play type equipment and More Importantly the easiest access we've found in all of Hawaii to Fantastic snorkeling with tons of tropical fish and green sea turtles.

This lovely townhouse is perfect for honeymooners, couples and families! The Keauhou Kona Surf and Racquet Club is ideally situated about 4.5 miles south of the village of Kailua-Kona, between Kahalu'u Beach Park (turtle beach) and the Keauhou Shopping Center (restaurants, theater, grocery's, medical care, etc..). Just minutes away from all the wonderful activities Kona has to offer, yet central to the more exclusive Keauhou resort area. In addition to all the other fun stuff our condo is ideally located for visiting the Kona coffee plantations in nearby Holualoa, traveling to Volcanoes National Park, boating excursions off the Kailua-Kona pier, shopping at outdoor markets or taking a tour to the top of Mauna Kea and visiting the observatory. And it's only 2 minutes drive to Kahaluu State Park (aptly known as Turtle Beach) where you can snorkel and swim with the turtles & beautiful tropical fish. The park has bathrooms, showers and vendors that sell food, rent snorkel and beach gear.

- All rates encompass 1-4 guests ONLY. If additiional guests are allowed additional rental/cleaning fees will be applicable.
- A 20% deposit is required to confirm a reservation.
- Final balance is payable 60 days prior to arrival.
- A security deposit it required on first-time guests; waived for repeat guests.
Fees And Taxes Hawaii TAT & GET tax = 13.416% on nightly rental
GET = 4.16% on all cleaning fees
$135 + tax cleaning fee ($140.62 total) on all rentals of 1-14 days. Stays longer than 14 days will require interim cleans ($50) each 10 day period.
- CANCELLATION POLICY - No refunds on deposit. If a guest needs to cancel or change trip plans contact me ASAP and I will relist unit and refund any monies based on rebooking minus deposit.

  • Enjoy the sound of the nearby waves and the cool breeze through the windows while sleeping in superbly outfitted and comfortable new beds. Master bedroom has a king sized bed, walk in closet, five drawer dresser and four drawer vanity/desk. Also, enjoy the TV, DVD player, alarm clock/radio. The second bedroom has two twin beds and a six drawer dresser/vanity for that extra space to hang out or so you can bring along the children or another couple. Each bedroom also has a ceiling fan, pedestal fans and we even have an AC unit upstairs that is available at an additional charge (+$15/day). Everything is brand new and ensures comfort.

Notes: Basic supplies provided (laundry, dish washing detergent, dish soap, initial supply of toilet paper, paper towels, fresh sponge). Everything is brand new and sparkling! Our guests have been amazed at the wonderful location, amenities, attention to detail and the awesome prices because they are so low for such fabulous accommodations. Also, we have purchased a mobile A/C unit to ensure our guests have the option of cool air in the late summer or early fall months. While it's typically not needed you may request to use it. Please note - electricity in Hawaii is extremely expensive so there is an additional fee of $15 per day for A/C equipment usage.

The condo is wonderful, nice furniture and really good equipment, all what you need for enjoing your vacation. a nice place.

“Simply AWESOME!”

I started by saying AWESOME because it is the only word I can pick to describe the experience we had with Sandy. She was so professional and helped each step of the way with planning our trip.

This was our 20th wedding anniversary trip with our two children. We wanted to visit the big island of Hawaii. We had heard of how this was the island that offered the most diversity for families. The beauty is something to behold, and the venues and interest abound.

The townhouse is centrally located and not too far from the airport of beaches. We surfed, visited the volcano, went to 7 different beaches, and visited the lava tubes. We also were able to visit the rain forest, and beach combed to our hearts content.

Sandy’s home was our home away from homes. It was well equipped and really made feel relaxed. We cooked daily and washed clothes as needed. The staff helped at every turn.

Sandy provided advice when asked and the townhouse had tour guide books available on the coffee table.

Had a Great Time!

Hi Sandy,

Just wanted to let you know that my husband and I had a great time on the Big Island and your condo was lovely and a great location, (including being close enough to the tsunami evacuation site) :-)

We did have our anniversary dinner at the Kona Inn (wonderful!) and had dinner the last night at Sam Choy's (also wonderful)! Thanks so much for the recommendations. We got lots of stuff off our list, but still have much to do and explore so we hope to be back soon. If so, I'll be sure to contact you for availability.

Townhouse #59 - Delightful and Extremely Clean!

Townhouse # 59 in Keauhou Kona Surf and Racket Club was just delightful and extremely clean. Being two seconds from the pool which was a highlight for my two boys especially after getting back from a busy day of exploration. The home was appointed nicely and had everything we needed to cook and enjoy meals together. We hated to leave but enjoyed out stay tremendously.

We sure had a great time in Kona, thanks to you and your townhouse (#59). It was perfect! I hope we left as you asked in the check list. There was nothing that we felt you need to add to the kitchen accessories, you had about everything we needed.

You might get an email or phone call for a person named Dick E., he is my father in law.
He has stayed several times in the complex. Anyway, he is a delightful gentleman and I would highly recommend him as a client. We hope to lease one of your places in the future.
