Our guests enjoy three lighted tennis courts (free for you!), swimming pool, picnic area, gas and charcoal grills, and we're within walking distance of shopping, restaurants, multi-plex movie theater, and Kahalu'u Beach (aka Turtle Beach) for the best snorkeling on the Island. The Keauhou Kona Surf and Racquet Club is ideally situated about 4.5 miles south of the village of Kailua-Kona, between Kahalu'u Beach Park (turtle beach) and the Keauhou Shopping Center (restaurants, theater, grocery's, medical care, etc..). Just minutes away from all the wonderful activities Kona has to offer, yet central to the more exclusive Keauhou resort area. In addition to all the other fun stuff our condo is ideally located for visiting the Kona coffee plantations in nearby Holualoa, traveling to Volcanoes National Park, experiencing boating excursions off the Kailua-Kona pier, shopping at outdoor markets or taking a tour to the top of Mauna Kea and visiting the observatory. And it's only 3 minutes drive to Kahaluu State Park (aptly known as Turtle Beach) where you can snorkel and swim with the turtles & beautiful tropical fish. The park has bathrooms, showers and vendors that sell food, rent snorkel and beach gear.

  • $100 - $130/ night depending on season; discounts on longer rentals or vacancies within 30 days
  • Rates are based on 4 guests only. There is additional $10/night rental fee for 5th guest and $25 extra cleaning fee.

    We take Visa, Master Card & American Express or personal checks. A 20% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm a reservation. (Note: The reservation deposit is applied towards total cost of your stay).

    A/C is available - $15/day extra; must pay in advance.

    Ironman Triathlon - October 11, 2008 - Rates for 'new guests' are $200/night from 10/1 thru 10/14. We're on Ali'i Drive!

    Note: Hawaii taxes (11.42%) & housekeeping ($130) are additional. Processing Fee (2.5%) applies for credit card transactions on final payments.

    Long-term Rentals are approved for extended vacations; rates TBD.
  • Our 'almost ocean front' property is $50-75 dollars cheaper, per night, than ocean front units and in many cases it's a much nicer unit overall. It's 60 steps to the ocean and you can see and hear the water from the unit. We can't claim to be ocean front but we're much better than just ocean view. References available upon request. Aloha!

Master bedroom has a king sized bed, walk in closet, five drawer dresser and four drawer vanity/desk. Also, enjoy the TV, DVD player, alarm clock/radio. The second bedroom has two twin beds and a six drawer dresser/vanity for that extra space to hang out or so you can bring along the children or another couple. Each bedroom also has a ceiling fan, pedestal fans and we even have an AC unit upstairs that is available at an additional charge (+$15/day). Everything is brand new and ensures comfort.

Our guests have been amazed at the wonderful location, amenities, attention to detail and the awesome prices because they are so low for such fabulous accommodations. Also, we have purchased a mobile A/C unit to ensure our guests have the option of cool air in the late summer or early fall months. While it's typically not needed you may request to use it. Please note - electricity in Hawaii is extremely expensive so there is an additional fee of $15 per day for A/C equipment usage.

Places to Go: There are so many things to enjoy on the Big Island. Aside from just relaxing in the condo, by the pool, on the lanai, near the oceanfront, on the beach you can swim, sight see, shop and explore to your hearts content. We've provided the best of Big Island tour books that will guide you all over the island and lead you directly to everything it's possible to see. We'd typically start our mornings with breakfast and snorkeling at the nearby Kahuluu' Park. It's beautiful, warm, has lifeguards, bathrooms, vendors for food and water play type equipment and More Importantly the easiest access we've found in all of Hawaii to Fantastic snorkeling with tons of tropical fish and green sea turtles.

The condo is wonderful, nice furniture and really good equipment, all what you need for enjoing your vacation. a nice place.

we were really suprised about this amazing house.it is directly located in kona (near a shoppingcenter and beaches) was totally clear and had a lot of place in the whole rooms.we often cook dinner in the kitchen,which had enough stuff to cook little things.the internet was very fast.we enjoyed our time and would definitely come back.next time we would take a house directly by the ocean.

wir waren wirklich ueberrascht ueber das haus.mit dem schweizer-standart kann es also wirklich allemal mithalten.es hat super viel platz, hat plattenboden (kein teppich) und sogar einen gartensitzplatz.wir haben oft gekocht.die kueche war gut ausgestattet.das internet war total schnell und es hatte gute waschmaschine/tumbler.leider war kein haus direkt mit meersicht frei,aber man sah vom aussensitzplatz noch einen teil vom meer,was auch in ordnung war. wir wuerden definitiv wieder kommen. sandy war immer fuer uns da und wir bekamen total schnell antwort ueber s'mail.

Our stay in March 2008 was wonderful.
My parents 74 & 70 and my sister had 11 wonderful days to celebrate our parents anniversary and to enjoy the beautiful area. The condo 59 had everything and anything we could ask for. The pool was right in our backyard and the beach was just a minute walk away. The beach area was a easy walk and chairs were provided to watch the sunset or work on our tans. We felt safe and secure and enjoyed every minute of our time. The club was very quiet and relaxing and the cleaniness and comfort of the condo made us wish for a longer stay to enjoy the surroundings. This was our dream vacation that we will remember for years to come with nothing but good thoughts. I look forward to a future vacation in Hawaii and will return and enjoy more time in your condo. Thank you for everything and especially sharing your home with us.

Mahalo and Domo Arigatou, Sandy and Mohan. I had wonderful, relaxing holidays with my parents. They both enjoyed staying at your condo than any other places they stayed before in Hawaii. Oceanview rooms were so nice, and the convenient location to the beach and shopping were great. This was a great home away from home!
