Stunning sea front penthouse and apartment at the Aguamarina complex, a recently completed complex in Golf del Sur, Tenerife. If a sea view is important to you then these are the apartments that fit the bill! Situated right on the seafront and affording views of the Atlantic Ocean and the new marina. Our first clients saw whales swimming by from the balcony. Two minutes walk from the new sea front restaurants and one minute from shops and supermarket An easy transfer from Tenerife South airport-in less than half an hour you will be enjoying a drink on the balcony. Two minutes walk from new restaurants along this unspoilt sea front. I can arrange for you to be met on arrival at the airport and taken directly to your accommodation.

This luxury two-bedroom, two-bathroom penthouse is in a privileged position with spectacular sea and marina views. It has been tastefully furnished with high quality fixtures and fittings. The master bedroom is a double with an en-suite bathroom. There is a second twin bedroom with guest bathroom. Fitted wardrobes give plenty of storage and hanging space. The spacious lounge has TV with BBC1,2, ITV, Channel 4 and SKY SPORTS. There is a DVD and music centre. There is ample seating and dining space and the kitchen is well equipped with full oven and hob, microwave, fridge-freezer and a washing machine. There is a pool ( heated through the winter months) with plenty of sun-loungers. Underground parking is available for clients who have hired a car. Free Internet access provided in reception. seating area is provided with ethernet cables delivering high speed access.

Golf del Sur is in the sunny southern part of Tenerife offering a pleasantly warm year round climate. The developments in this area are built around the three championship golf courses and therefore the area is remarkably green with great views of fairways. The centre of Golf del Sur is San Blas which is pedestrianised with restaurants and shops arranged in two squares or 'Piazzas'. This creates a pleasant place to shop or dine without noise and fumes from cars-ideal for families with young children. There is an excellent selection of sea fron restaurants and shops less than 5 minutes walk from the complex

Local Information.: There is a wide choice of restaurants and bars at the resort centre of San Blas. This is located about 15 minute walk or a short bus hop away. There are additional bars and restaurants just outside the complex within 5 minute walk. The English supermarket 'Best Buys' is located opposite and very convenient .It is open 7 days a week. I recommend their own oven-baked baguettes. They carry a good range of fresh fruit and veg as well as newspapers and fresh milk. The nearest beach is 500 metres away. There is a popular local beach at La Tajita which is about 5 minutes drive from Golf del Sur. Playa de las Americas and Los Cristianos are about 15 minutes drive away. There is a bus service linking Golf del Sur with all parts of the island.

Golf.: Golf del Sur boasts a 27 hole championship course which has hosted many international events. An attractive course with striking black sand bunkers and wide fairways lined with over 8000 palm trees. There is a special four-day course for beginners with coaching from the local experts. Additionally Amarilla Golf next door is an 18 hole course with some very challenging holes especially the par 3 with the sea as a fairway, forcing you to play over the ocean!

Other Activities: All weather lawn bowling 5 minutes walk away.

Best place we've ever stayed in.

We just got back from an 11 night stay in the 2 bed apartment, and didnt want to leave from the moment we walked through the door!!!
Clean, modern, secure, and stunning views from the terrace. Only down point we have is that the small pool was out of use at this time, not sure why, but looked very nice for my youngest who wont go in the big pool!!
Very quiet location, which is exactly what we wanted, however not to far from resturants shops etc..., and a nice 20 mins walk to San Blas, which has a larger amount of shops, resturants and a supermarket which is 'extremely' cheaper than the small supermarket across from apartment. We found an amazing restaurant on the way to San Blas (going along the road way, not sea front) called Big Als, good, fresh well presented food, and brilliant friendly service.
All in all, we have had the best holiday ever!!

This is a stunning apartment in a great complex. Being so close to the sea you can hear the waves and watch the sunrise over the sea, all from the balcony. Fantastic!

Lovely holiday & great apt!

We had 10 days in the 2 bed apt and loved it. The apt is extremely well maintained with modern layout and equipment. Sheets and towels were changed mid-way through our stay. The balcony gets the sun all day. It's quiet and relaxing, with great views of the sea and marina. Lovely restaurants and bars within walking distance. We had absolutely no issues. We'd highly recommend this apt and would love to book again !

Great property

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here, the apartment is clean and spacious and is well furnished and has everything you could need. The views are lovely and the apartment is in a great location. Near the airport, next to the sea and there are many restaurants and supermarkets within a few minutes walk. We can highly recommend the Japanese restaurant (Teppan Yaki) for a great meal and a great night out. The owner provided great service and we were very happy with all the arrangements. The nearest golf course is approximately 20 minutes walk away so if you are carrying your own clubs you would either need a hire car or get a taxi which was approximately 5 Euros each way in Jan 09.
