The apartment had a good sea view & the balcony receives the morning sun.
It was clean on arrival but there was no cleaning fluids in the kitchen area so we could not clean down effectively as you would at home, the kitchen & bathroom was constantly being visited by small insects which could not be controlled due to lack of cleaning fluids as already mentioned.We were there for 10 days & had no change of towels or bed linen in this time which we found surprising considering the climate. Also when we spoke to our contact regarding the insect problem we were simply told to go & buy some repellant to solve the problem!!! surely this should already be in the apartment, we were not impressed with this response.
The pool area is well maintained, clean & tidy, i would recommend the chinese restaurant at the bottom of the hill very highly, & also the Harbour Lights restaurant for basic meals.
Owner's Response: We always value feedback as it gives us a chance to ensure standards are kept high. We will now be offering all 10 day guests the option of mid-stay towel and linen change ( Standard anyway on trips of two or more weeks) Apologies for the terse reply re the insect repellant. Will make sure that a can is always left in the property along with some cleaning solutions. Yes the Oriental restaurant is quite superb. Mention Stephen of Tenerife Lettings to the owner Jimmy for special treatment!!
