This bright new 2,000 square foot condo was built in 2006 with an excellent view of the ocean from all rooms. It is located on Farragut Avenue (only 1 - 2 story building in front of Condo in Wildwood Crest, no streets to cross and only 3 minute walk until your feet touches the water from leaving the condo. This is a fourth floor unit in a quiet part of town 5 blocks to parkwith great sunsets, convenient store and various restaurants. There is an elevator for your convenience. This condo is a 1 minute walk from a large beach (new boardwalk taks you right down to the water) with lifeguards.The beach is racked every morning and the sand is like sugar (no shells). It is 10 blocks from Wildwood boardwalk which has 3 large amusement parks and a water park. The neighborhood also has miniature golf, family amusement center and arcades. Historic Cape May is only 4 miles and Stone Harbor is only 8 miles away. Last minute weekend rates available. Very Quaint with only 10 Units in the building.

Additional information about rental rates

  • discounted & weekend rates avaivable for 2007 season
  • A reservation of one half of rental period is required.
    This must be received within 5 days of booking.
    A $500.00 damage deposit is due prior to arrival.
    Please make payments in the form of cashiers checks or personal checks payable to Daniel Rehrer at 1430 Kriebel Mill Road Collegeville, Pa. 19426.
    The damage deposit is Not applied toward rent; it is fully refundable within (14) days of departure, provided provisions are met.
    This lease terminates upon default of any payment.
  • Cancellations that are made more than ninety (90) days prior to the arrival date will incur no penalty.
    Cancellations that are made less than 90 days of the arrival date forfeit the full reservation/damage deposit.
    No payments will be returned to tenant in the event of any default or cancellation until the property has been re-rented with no loss to owner.
    If the unit is not re-rented, the tenant remains liable to the owner for the full balance due.
    Early departure does not warrant a refund of rent or deposit.

This is a wonderful place to stay. Very spacious rooms & layout. Breeze flows through condo. We had a family of 5 but certainly can accomodate a larger group. The views were outstanding with balcony that overlooks beach. You are literally on the beach in less than 2min walk. Owner was very responsive to my questions. I would definitely stay here again if in wildwood.

What views!!! What breezes!!! We recently rented this great spacious unit for the Irish Festival weekend and loved it. I couldn't get over the views of the ocean. You got the feeling it was right at your feet. It being a corner unit made it even better for there are windows galore to enjoy both the views and the beautiful breeze. The unit is also decorated beautifully and who doesn't love king size beds!!! The kitchen was equipped with everything you could possibly need. But the view and breeze in the master bedroom sold me hands down. I can't wait to go back next year. Try it, you will LOVE it!

Second Stay - August 2007/2008

This was my second stay in two years at Dan’s condo and again had a great time. My niece stayed here 3 years ago and came highly recommended. What a find. The views are unbelievable. Having the corner condo with wall to wall windows, you have a panoramic view of the ocean (with morning visits from the dolphins swimming up the coast - so bring binoculars). On the side balcony near the entrance you have the beautiful views of sunsets over the bay. The large balcony is my favorite place of all. We spend most of our time out there, having breakfast, lunch and dinner. Very spacious and larger than the other balconies in the building seating 8 comfortably. The condo is very clean and nicely decorated and comfortable with top-of-the-line everything. Just a stones throw from Cape May if you want a little nightlife, and great restaurants in North Wildwood. You won’t regret staying here.
Owner's Response: I always follow up to make sure everyones stay is satisfactory and I welcome suggestions to make it even better so people recommend my place and want to keep returning. It is always nice getting these great reviews. I do get to use the place myself when ever it is not rented and also love the large front balcony the best.

Excellent Condo

We had a very pleasant experience in this lovely condo. The condo is very spacious and well decorated. There are excellent views of the ocean from the deck, living room and master bedroom. It's well located - being close to the ocean and a short walk to the boardwalk. The condo is well appointed with plenty of kitchen items. We would definitely stay here again.

Excellence Once Again

This is the second time that we - my wife and two small children - stayed at this condo. We loved our first experience in 2006; clean, accessible, luxurious and with the most beautiful view, so we decided to go again.

I'd highly recommend it for anyone. We did not experience any of the problems that were listed in the June review - ever. And the owner is so responsive that he returned our calls promptly on even the smallest of questions. The view of the Atlantic Ocean and the short walk to the beach - 2 minutes - alone make this worth the price of admission.

I give this an Excellent review and will go again next year!!!!!
