We had a lovely stay at this cottage with our 10 month old daughter. Beautiful deck overlooking the salt pond. Gorgeous sunrises. 5-10 minute walk to a spectacular beach. West Yarmouth is located pretty centrally in Cape Cod so we were able to do lots of little side trips and explore the area. There are a few restaurants just up the road (we had some good Thai take-out) and there is a grocery store nearby.

We enjoyed our summer vacation in Cape Cod. People are friendly and the food is excellent. We enjoyed our stay at the cottage: it is remarkably welcoming and very comfortable. The cottage is situate in a very quiet neignborhood and near the beach: lest than a 5 minutes walk.
The environment was very clean and the breathtaking view from behind. The whole family enjoyed the outdoor shower: it was the hit of our stay.

What a wonderful vacation we had on Cape Cod -- thanks to this wonderful rental that is so close to the beach (Seagull Beach) and all the other ammenities in town! It was Mother, my husband, myself and our two children (ages 5 yrs and 11 mos.) on the trip and the cottage was perfect. Comfortable sleeping (my daughter just loved the bunk bed), great meals on the deck, wonderful outside shower, short walk to the beach, great view and wonderful sized yard for playing - -and oh, can't forget the tree swing that our daughter just loved! And a VERY clean cottage! Thanks Jac and Carol!!!!!!!!!!!!
