Serene, romantic, private 2 bedroom house with panoramic views of over 3 acres of rolling dunes. Cheerful, sunny and clean. Fully renovated and tastefully furnished. Open custom built kitchen with all new appliances. 100 Sq. ft patio and 275 sq. ft deck. Two bedrooms, 1 w queen and other w 2 twins. Private balcony off bedroom. New beds and liv. rm. seating. Full bath and enclosed outside shower. 1/2 mi walk to beach. 12 mi to P'town. Beautiful walks in any direction. Not a condo, not a unit in a cottage colony, not a rental apartment within a house. Private house, on a private road. Rare. Swim, surf, sail, fish, hike, bike, kayak, canoe, bird watch, finish that novel, listen to the surf, sip cocktails on the deck, gaze at the milky way. or do nothing at all. Outstanding tenant satisfaction. Maximum 4 persons. Sorry: no young children, no smoking , no pets. Please check calendar for availability. Will consider 4+ day rentals starting October 5.

Lovely, peaceful getaway for a small family...

My husband, daughter and I spent a week in this idyllic tree-top hideaway during a semi-rainy week in June. This rental was so relaxing, and was still enjoyable on the days we bundled up indoors, and was close enough to the beach that we could make a quick trip when the clouds cleared. We especially appreciated how truly private this property feels, while there are a few neighbors on the road, we heard nary a peep from anyone during our stay. This was a welcome respite from the urban symphony we experience on a daily basis. The house was clean, exactly as portrayed in the listing (there were no surprises), and has tons of windows and light. It's small, but has everything you need, and the owner was responsive and professional in all of our communications. We would stay here again without any reservations.

The best part of this house is it's location, snuggled behind a private road with expansive views and loads of sunlight all day including beautiful sunsets. You can walk to the beach and the house has everything you'd want -- cozy, simple and no hassle at all. Inez is very helpful and responsive. I've already booked for next year!

This is a lovely 50s modernist retreat in Truro. The place is very private and surrounded by nature, yet very central to lots of fun beaches and towns on the Outer Cape. Highly recommended for those who want to get away from it all without being 20 miles in the woods. Have breakfast or watch the sunsets from the huge deck overlooking pristine Truro hills. The house was very clean and well appointed, but not over the top. Three great Truro beaches within a bicycle ride (one within walking distance) and easily accessible to restaurants in Wellfleet and Provincetown.
