Located in the 4-wheel drive area of the northern Outer Banks, this nearly new home will delight you and your family. Swan Beach is just 4 miles north of the paved road, but far enough to offer quiet and seclusion. The house has three queen bedrooms (all with private baths) on the mid level along with the laundry facilities. A spacious great room with kitchen and powder room are located on the top level while the ground floor has a covered entry. Ample decks with deck furniture are on the bedroom and living levels, plus a crow's nest takes you right up to the sky. There are awesome ocean views from both levels, plus a hot tub on the mid level deck. The beach is within a 10 to 15 minute walk, or you can drive your 4-wheel drive vehicle right out on the beach. (4-wheel drive vehicle is necessary to reach the property).

You will need a 4-wheel drive vehicle to reach the house, so please come prepared.
