You and your family will enjoy this recently constructed three story canal front home located on a private road that is bordered by Ding Darling National Refuse.

The house is perfect for children, as one bedroom has 2 twin beds with views of San Carlos Bay. You will enjoy the peace and serenity offered by the location, which is 1.5 miles east of the main road on Sanibel.

You will see manatees and a variety of fish swimming in the canal behind the house. Restaurants, shopping and other conveniences are only a bike ride away.

Great house, nice location, super nice owner!

We stayed a month at this house last summer. It is ideal for boaters. It sits on a canal that opens directly up to the San Carlos Bay. This house is in a very quiet neighborhood. The master bedroom is on one level and the other bedrooms are on the next level. We very much enjoyed this house. It was clean, well decorated and had everything we needed. The owner was very nice and responsive to any questions. The house is very spacious and is close to shops, resturants, everything. The streets are quiet and I rode bikes with my young daughter all around the area. I would definately recommend this property.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Adventure Seekers, Sightseeing, Romantic Getaway

Relaxing getaway in Sanibel

We took a family trip down to Sanibel in March of 2011 and stayed at this property. The house was much larger than what I was expecting and it was fully equipped with everything we needed to make it our own! The pool was a really great perk and it’s covered too so I didn’t get bug bites from being outside as I usually do. We enjoyed being so close to the grocery store and restaurants. There’s a bike path at the end of the road, protected from traffic. There are bikes, kayaks and games at the house to keep the kids entertained. We will definitely be back – what a wonderful home!
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Adventure Seekers, Girls Getaway, Tourists without a Car, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children

Me and my husband stayed at this Sanibel Island home in April of 2011. The home was well maintained and everything appeared to be very modern. During the day we used the bikes that come with the house to explore Sanibel and the surroundings. In the evening we bbq'ed at the house and enjoyed time with our family. The rooms are huge and the kitchen had everything we needed for our stay. The pool was a nice perk after being outside all day. The only thing we didn't get to do during our stay is take the kayaks that the property owner provides into the canal right behind the house, apparently you can see manatees out there! Thanks so much for the lovely stay and we will definitely be back!
