En Ville Apartments is a family run business with several apartments located in the old town only few minutes walking from Plaza Catalunya, Ramblas and the contemporary art museum. It’s the perfect location if you want to discover the city by feet!

The profile of our guests is adults (30+), families and business travelers. We do not accept bachelor parties or other groups that might not respect the peace and privacy of other neighbors.

In this advert you can see pictures of 6 apartments in the same building each with private terrace. In the picture gallery you will find the layout of each apartment.

The apartments have been carefully renovated, equipped and decorated. Reversible air-conditioning, satellite tv, free wifi and new household appliances.

In each space you will find a mix of original antique and contemporary furniture. The open space living room and kitchen has direct access to a private terrace with dinning table and garden furniture.

There is a bus stop in front of the building with direct line to the beach. The metro is only two minutes away and there is parking in front of the building with special deals for En Ville clients.

Amazing penthouse duplex, newly renovated with private terrace, 3 double bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The apartment sleeps 8 with sofa beds in the living room. The open plan living/dining/kitchen area provides ample space to relax and kick-back after a day in the city. In front of the living room you have access to a private terrace with dining table and outdoor furniture. The modern kitchen is fully equipped as well as the 3 bathrooms. The apartment is fully air-conditioned with heating in winter and comes with free wi-fi and satellite tv. Located in a safe neighborhood in the Eixample district only minutes walking from the historic center, Ramblas, Plaza Catalunya, Passeig de Gracia and the contempory art museum. Parking and bus stop in front of the building and metro only two minutes away. The three double bedrooms make this apartment perfect for families and smaller groups. For larger groups we also more apartments available in the same building.

Appartement exceptionnel

Très bel appartement, très bien placé à 10mn de 2 stations de métro et lignes de bus au pied de l'immeuble. 10 mn des Ramblas. Proche de nombreux restaurants dans un quartier très vivant. Malgré cela l'appartement est très calme. Une belle terrasse pour les beaux jours. Déco design très clean vraiment très agréable. Nous avons adoré.

Bright, spacious neighborhood apartment

We had a wonderful stay in this apartment with our family of 5, with children aged 10 to 21. The location was perfect for us because it is in a real neighborhood, so we could shop for food and supplies right nearby, but it is a very easy walk to Eixample and Las Ramblas. There was plenty of space (and bathrooms!) for all of us, and we enjoyed the balconies, which faced the back so as not to be noisy. We even did a load of wash in the lobby.

Great apartment-great stay

Great apartment in a great a quiet location. The apartment is 10 min from La Rambla and 150 m from aerobus station. It is very close to anything central (Boqueria, Casa Batllo, La Pedrera, Plaza Catalunya, metro stations). It is close to food shops, cafes and restaurants for eating out. Will defintely stay there again if we go back to Barcelona.

Fab apartment in a great location....

Really lovely converted apartment in an old building with a bit of an industrial vibe. We were a party of adults and children and thoroughly enjoyed our stay - less than a 10 minute stroll to Las Ramblas/Placa Catalunya but in a quieter area that felt more local than touristy.

We especially loved siting on the balcony (very well furnished) and enjoying the lovely October sunshine. It was very quiet whilst we were there and even though the balcony faces inwards we were really the only people using that space.

Beds were very comfy, lots of toiletries were supplied but only a few dishwasher tabs so bring enough for your stay!

Kitchen facilities are limited which you can pick up from the description (i.e. no proper oven) but there are so many wonderful places to eat we were only having breakfast in the apartment. We also used the washing machine located in the foyer which was very useful.

We especially enjoyed eating out locally at Kino, the Moritz micro brewery and Bar Caulders all about 5 mins away. There is a pretty big supermarket just around the corner as well as a bakery so all you need really. I would recommend a stay. The owner was very helpful too with suggestions and booking a cab for the airport.

Excellent Apartment

This apartment was great. It was centrally located so walking to everything was very easy. Bus stop was outside of the front door and the Metro was around the corner. We were very comfortable in the apartment; it was well maintained and very clean and the décor was spot on. Check-in was easy, the owner was waiting for us when we arrived and showed the apartment to us and provided recommendations on restaurants, shopping, sightseeing, etc. While we did not cook many meals while we were there, the kitchen was fully functional. Everything in the apartment worked well and looks great. The apartment is air-conditioned, which was very nice to have on some warm days. The balcony was large and had a table that seated 6 to 8 plus a sofa. The living space is light and airy. Decor is modern and unobtrusive, in neutral colors. Security was excellent. The lift was not always working but the owner did everything possible to get it functioning while we were there. I would highly recommend this apartment.

The apartment is located in the safe neighbourhood of Eixample only a few minutes walking to the old town, Ramblas and Plaza Catalunya. Its the perfect location for families as there is no need for a car or public transportation to visit the city.

In any case there is also a bus stop just outside the building as well as a metro stop only one block away. Just around the corner is also the market of Sant Antoni as well as several supermarkets and bakeries. Two minutes away you can also find the Moritz restaurant - one of the more fashionable restaurants in Barcelona at the moment.
