En Ville Apartments is a family run business with several apartments located in the old town only few minutes walking from Plaza Catalunya, Ramblas and the contemporary art museum. It’s the perfect location if you want to discover the city by feet!

The profile of our guests is adults (30+), families and business travelers. We do not accept bachelor parties or other groups that might not respect the peace and privacy of other neighbors.

In this advert you can see pictures of 6 apartments in the same building each with private terrace. In the picture gallery you will find the layout of each apartment.

The apartments have been carefully renovated, equipped and decorated. Reversible air-conditioning, satellite tv, free wifi and new household appliances.

In each space you will find a mix of original antique and contemporary furniture. The open space living room and kitchen has direct access to a private terrace with dinning table and garden furniture.

There is a bus stop in front of the building with direct line to the beach. The metro is only two minutes away and there is parking in front of the building with special deals for En Ville clients.

Newly renovated apartment with private terrace, 3 double bedrooms and 3 bathrooms (2 en-suite). The apartment sleeps 7 with sofa bed in the living room. The open plan living/dining/kitchen area provides ample space to relax and kick-back after a day in the city. In front of the living room you have access to a private terrace with dining table and outdoor furniture. The modern kitchen is fully equipped as well as the 3 bathrooms. The apartment is fully air-conditioned with heating in winter and comes with free wi-fi and satellite tv. Located in a safe neighborhood in the Eixample district only minutes walking from the historic center, Ramblas, Plaza Catalunya, Passeig de Gracia and the contempory art museum. Parking and bus stop in front of the building and metro only two minutes away. The three double bedrooms make this apartment perfect for families and smaller groups. For larger groups we also more apartments available in the same building.

My wife and I run a family business of apartments in Barcelona city center called En Ville Apartments. My wife is french and I am norwegian.

Good location and comfort for exploring Barcelona

We stayed in the apartment (first floor) with 6 people in total (3 adults, 3 children); although on the pictures it all seems somewhat bigger, the 3 bedrooms and living area were comfortable, large and light. We enjoyed breakfast on the terrace. City noise in the two front bedrooms was inevitable. The kitchen equipment was very basic. But in general good location and comfort for discovering Barcelona.

Barcelona Trip

This was our first trip to Barcelona so finding the right place to live was critical to making it a great holiday. Andre' was always very responsive and extremely helpful which eased our minds before we got there. The apartment is well located which is a big plus. It has three bedrooms which are small by US standards but very functional and the balcony is big plus. I would definitely recommend this place to my friends.

The apartment was beautiful and clean just as it appeared in the pictures! Andreas was very helpful and his ability to speak English was also a plus. The apartment is in a great location and we loved having the terrace. We would recommend this property and would definitely stay here again or at any property owned and managed by Andreas.

Quite oasis with modern touches makes for a fabulous girls weekend

Girls weekends are always looked forwarded to by me and this was a new one coming to Barcelona, I could not have asked for a better location or a better apartment to kick back and just enjoy the time with friends. We had the one bedroom condo with the pedestal bed and it fit all three of us it was comfy and airy. We wanted something close to the attractions but not so close to see and hear the tourists from the streets. I highly recommend this place to anyone who wants a fabulous little cafe on the corner and access to all Barcelona has to offer without the noise. The owner was gracious, quick to respond to my questions and made us feel at home we truly want to thank him as we had not seen each other for years and this place allowed us to catch up and laugh. The memories made here and the roof top terrance for the city views made us all long to live here. The apartment is modern, well decorated, clean and the shower was amazing. Thank you again and I hope to return for another weekend away.

Spacious and modern apartment; great location...!

Very nice apartment, in close range of everthing you want to do. Quiet area, lots of restaurants and groceries in the neighbourhood. We were with two adults and three children and had plenty of space. Don't make breakfast by yourself but pick up your breakfast in one of the may place within close range of the apartment. The place to be for exploring all of Barcelona....!

Excellent

We spent an excellent stay in Barcelona where we rented two flats in the building (the main on the 1st floor and the top one on two levels). The description was very adequate, the care and service of Andreas and his colleagues were exceptional, always available and helpful. The flats are well located at walking distance from the main attractions. They are well equipped and convenient. But most of all they have superb terraces which double the size of the sitting rooms (we enjoyed them in the winter season!). I did not give 5 stars because the rooms although well maintained have some defaults ( slightly noisy for those on the street, no exterior window for another one) but this did not spoil our stay.

The apartment is located in the safe neighbourhood of Eixample only a few minutes walking to the old town, Ramblas and Plaza Catalunya. Its the perfect location for families as there is no need for a car or public transportation to visit the city.

In any case there is also a bus stop just outside the building as well as a metro stop only one block away. Just around the corner is also the market of Sant Antoni as well as several supermarkets and bakeries. Two minutes away you can also find the Moritz restaurant - one of the more fashionable restaurants in Barcelona at the moment.
