Additional information about rental rates

  • Rates are $275-600/wk. The week of July 4th and Coast Guard Festival (7/25-8/1) are a $150 premium.
  • Payment is only accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner.

  • Rentals are weekly or monthly and yearly leases available at a special rate. Call or email for information. There is a $50 cleaning fee. State Tax must be added. All reservations require a 50% deposit within 10 days of initial reservation. The remainder is due 30 days prior to arrival along with a refundable $150 damage deposit. If a deposit is not received 10 days after reservation we will consider your reservation cancelled. All reservations are considered sold 14 days prior to arrival. If your travel plans change within 14 days prior to your arrival date, every effort will be made to resell your room. Refunds will be given if the room is resold, less a $25 booking fee. If the room is not resold, you are responsible for the amount of your original expected stay. No cancellations for 4th of July weekend or Coast Guard week.

We enjoyed our stay at the condo. The location is awesome , within walking distance to downtown and the beach. The condos themselves were comfortable to sleep at least four people, were decorated cute and were very clean. i would definitly rent there again:)

Best Rental in Town!!!!

I would highly recommend this rental. I live in the area and had some friends in from out of town. We could not all fit at my house so I rented two condos. They are decorated beautifully, extremely comfortable and all in all absolutely wonderful. Everyone was impressed with the location, the atmosphere and the condos themselves. Every person who stayed commented to me on how cute they were and how they would love to live there. This is the perfect location for shopping, dining, going to the beach or just relaxing. The landscaping is beautiful and there is a little patio off the side of the building that you can sit and enjoy the nice day. The neighbors were very nice and even offered us a few of their chairs to sit on the patio with. All in all it was a wonderful experience and anytime I have guests out to Grand Haven I will rent these condos again. They are, BY FAR, the best in town!!!!

Very cute place to stay in. The bed & futon were sooo comfy. Quite at night too. Not comparable to a hotel room. It was my husband, 2 yr old son & I who stayed for a few days. We couldn't believe how close and large the beach was. There are plenty of choices to eat in walking distance also. We lucked out in the evening and saw a couple deer walking in the neighborhood. Very nice people in the area too. Thanks to Kari... she helped us with anything we wanted to know.

Great Week In Grand Haven

Great location...Very nicely appointed...Clean..!

We loved having a full kitchen as we made breakfast every morning. We enjoyed lunch and dinner at the fabulous restaurants in town (within walking distance). Kari, the owner was very nice and a pleasure to do business with. This is a incredible value and we will return and recommend to our friends.
