This Villa is a unique property as it each floor has its own kitchen, bathroom, bedrooms, lounge, etc.. All fitted to a high standard, all with there own front door and all separate alarms, it is ideal for families that want to go away together, but also have there own space. The Villa has its own 10-4 meter pool with 3 separate sun bathing area. Top Floor is a lovely private unit it has a great feel about it, it has a large roundal bedroom, that leads into a large lounge dinner, with a lovely sized kitchen, also a very neat bathroom also with a very large private outside terrace. Middle Floor has a large roundal lounge with leather settees, large open marble fireplace, with open plane kitchen, with 2 double bedrooms 1 fitted with king size bed the other fitted with 2 single beds. Ground Floor most people when they see this they cant believe the size of this apartment it has own outside terrace.

This is a outstanding Villa as it can be rented as a whole Villa or as 3 separate apartments, all with there own front door, alarms, kitchens, bathrooms, lounges, bedrooms, t.v ( satellite). In total there are 5 double bedrooms, 3 kitchens, 3 bathrooms, 3 lounges, 3 washing machines, etc, all fitted to a very high standard, each apartment has its own large private terrace. There is a 10-4 meter pool. It is ideal for families that want to go away together but also have their own space. In one of the lounges there is a big open marble fireplace, leather settees, dinning table that seats 10 comfortably, and everything that you need to have a great relaxing holiday, in the other two apartments they have big comfortable sofas, dining tables, all to a very high standard and are fitted with everything that you need down to irons, toasters, etc. We think we have thought of everything that you need, and we want you to enjoy your stay.

This Villa is situated in Campoverde about forty five minutes drive South of Alicante Airport, and about 15minutes drive from Murcia Airport Campoverde is a new quiet urbanization offering, Restaurants, Bars, Tennis, golf, Beach, all in easy reach, La Manga is about thirty five minutes drive South. Campoverde is a very nice friendly area.

Campoverde beaches.: In this area we have wonderful large white beaches and nice little cove beaches. In the summer there are fun beach bars where you can sit back relax and enjoy yourselves. Also some beaches provide water skiing banana rides etc. There are many great beaches to choose from, and best of all only 10-15min drive away, these are Cabo roig, La Zenia, Milparmiras and many more. They are all great for children to play on. Children can have a choice of playing on the beaches playing facilities or having fun in the shallow parts of the sea. San Pedro is only about 15min drive away people traval for miles for this beach as it is well known for its high level of minerals, which is good for authorities. All beach are to a very high level of cleanliness.

Golf.: If you are interested in golf you are in a good area, as Campoverde is surrounded by golf courses, such as Villa martin Golf, Campomor Golf, Las Ramdlas, all within about 15-20 drive, also La Finca about 25 min drive, and if you feel like a reel treat La Manga 30 min drive away. At the moment there is a new 18 hole golf course under construction 5 min drive away. If you would like to play golf we can help with bookings at a discounted rate.

Horse Riding.: In the area there is horse riding available as we have seen many horses out in the country, and they look to be in good shape, but up to now we do not have much information, but if you are interested we will do our best to find things out for you. There are quite a few Riding stables around and not to far away.
