This beautiful two-bedroom, two-level ocean view apartment sits just one block away from the beach and the 5a Avenida, home to Playa's greatest restaurants, shops, and nightlife. After a fun day at the beach or an exciting excursion, enjoy drinks in your private jacuzzi on the terrace or relax in the hammock under the stars. Tropical wood stairs join the apartment's two levels both decorated with natural accents (wood, stones, soft colors). On the first level is a full kitchen, spacious living area, a beautiful ocean view bedroom with a king size bed, and full bathroom. The second level offers a second very ample Ocean view bedroom with a king size bed and a single bed, a full bathroom, and another living area with two single beds dressed as sofas during the day. The apartment offers the conveniences of home as well as the perks of a hotel (jacuzzi, rooftop lounge pool and solarium, daily maid service included). Our restaurant opens for breakfast, lunch, dinner, bar service.

Our apartment is in the heart of Playa del Carmen, and Playa is, today, one of the most desired travel destination's in the world... because it has miles of pristine beaches, the world famous Caribbean sea, a taste for fun and adventure. Where else can you wake up in a most comfortable bed while you see the sun rise above the turquoise waters, have a delicious latte and croissants and find your favorite spot on the beach to lay for hours to the soft sound of lounge music... or decide to fly in a parachute, snorkel in world famous reefs, take a bike or motorcycle tour in the jungle, climb on top of the magnificent Mayans pyramids, decide to get a tattoo and sit for drinks while you watch all kinds of people walking down the 5a Avenida as the sun sets. Later, settle for one of the many restaurants and have a delicious meal to the sound of mariachis, live rock n roll or soft jazz. Then the night begins and there´s still plenty to do at Playa.

  • The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen should you prefer to eat at home. For your comfort, all rooms have air conditioning, though you can also open the doors of your terrace and enjoy the delicious sea breeze. The fabrics we chose for decor were hand made in Yucatán and Oaxaca. The beautiful hammocks in your terrace and other decorative objects come from a 'fair trade' community in Yucatán, and they are made in the traditional way of their ancestors. We are very concerned about the environment, so all our cleaning and laundry products are readily biodegradable and we have recycling facilities. Some of you travel from long distances and we want you to rest an feel at home as soon as you get to your suite. All bedrooms have blackout curtains and the windows are soundproof to insure a deep sleep. Unlimited purified water, coffee and organic bath amenities are a courtesy for you. Our restaurant downstairs offers breakfast, lunch and dinner, bar service. Room service is available.

We know you come here to rest so we can pre-stock your kitchen with your favorite meals and beverages. We can even arrange for a chef to cook and serve a very special meal for you in your own suite or terrace (upon request) You are welcome to smoke in your terrace, the rest of the suite is non smoking. We are so close to the beach (half a block) that you can come and go in three minutes walking. You can relax in our beach club. We also have a beautiful rooftop dip pool (not a swimming pool) and solarium with incredible ocean view where you can work on your tan, have a drink with your family and friends, or watch the incredible colors of sunset in Playa. If you care for a Spa treatment or playing golf, we´ll be happy to send free transportation to some of the best golf courses and Spa.

This is a greta place to stay. If you are looking for location, location, location then this is it. One block off 5th and 1/2 block from the beach - perfect. The units are very spacious, clean and pretty. Highley recommend this property.
Recommended for:  Girls Getaway, Tourists without a Car, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway
