A beautiful, 6 bedroom home was built in 2002 and boasts over 3000 square feet of living space. On an intersecting gulf canal basin, only 15 minutes to the river, you can look out and be “fooled” into believing the canal is filling up the gorgeous disappearing edge pool complete with spa and waterfalls. The house was designed for multi-family vacations and several families can share this house cheaper then staying in a hotel – but not at the expense of enjoying luxuries. Maybe you need a good soak in the custom 90-gallon Zen soaking tub? Or perhaps you need to share a relaxing shower with your spouse in the double-headed walk around shower? Or you can watch your children play in the pool waterfalls while you soak in the adjoining spill over Jacuzzi. Or maybe you need to simply slip in-between the 400 thread count sheets and catch up on some much-needed rest. Of course, you can head to the beach, rent a boat or kayak or enjoy any other of Cape Coral’s attractions and amenities!
