This cozy cottage is within walking distance to picturesque Kennebunkport. It's an easy 2 minute stroll to wonderful dining and quaint shops. Leave the car at home when everyone else is stuck in traffic and looking for a parking spot! The cottage is less than a mile from beautiful Kennebunk Beach. It's an easy walk to the beach, but parking passes are provided if you prefer to drive. Portland is 30 minutes north. The outlet stores in Freeport are about 45 minutes north. The Kittery outlet stores are 20 minutes to the south. Boston is an hour plus south.

Walk to town!: Portside is located at 40 Western Avenue in what the locals call 'Lower Village' of Kennebunk. We're just a stone's throw from Dock Square, Kennebunkport. To locate the cottage on a map, find Route 9 going into Kennebunkport. Western Avenue and Route 9 are one in the same. The location is ideal for walking to town. If you want a spotless house and to be in the heart of the activity, this is your cottage.

Near the beach!: Kennebunk Beach, also called Gooch's Beach is about a mile away. The street to the beach is shady and has a side walk. It's a pleasant walk to the beach. For those that prefer to drive, two parking passes are provided for your convenience.
