You will love this 3 bedroom, 2 bath house located on a 65 acre lake in a private, gated community. Sleeps 8 - 12. First floor includes bedroom with 4 single beds, full bath, kitchen, breakfast bar, dining area, family room with wood burning stove, full sized futon and hot tub (4 – 5 person). Second floor includes 2 bedrooms and loft with queen size sleeper sofa, full and king size beds, crib, treadmill, and full bath. Basement includes laundry room, full size pool and air hockey tables, and 15 ½ ft 3-seater canoe. House has deck extending the entire back of the house with gas grill (propane provided) and seating. 100 foot walk to private dock on lake in back yard. Electric and propane heat on all three floors in winter and air conditioned in summer. Community includes pools, beaches, tennis, basketball courts and playgrounds. Close to skiing, waterparks, casinos, Pocono NASCAR Raceway, horseback riding, outlet shopping, hiking and other attractions.

You'll love the views from the deck overlooking the lake in this private, gated community. Cast a line from the private dock, take a leisurely paddle up the lake in the 3-seater canoe, or just sit back, relax and enjoy the scenery. There's plenty to see and do both in the community and the surrounding area depending upon the season. Enjoy skiing, snowboarding and snow tubing in the winter. The house is 16 miles from Camelback and 26 miles to Jack Frost/Big Boulder. In the summer enjoy the beach and pool across the lake. Camelbeach and Shawnee water parks are just a short drive away. Horseback riding and outlet shopping is available all year around. Ten minutes to the new Mt. Airy Casino. Lots to do and see no matter the season. The fall and spring brings the splendor of the foliage. Don't forget your camera and hiking boots to fully enjoy nature at its finest.

The hot tub room is accessible through sliding glass doors off of the deck so you can enjoy the view while relaxing in the hot tub. Paddle the lake in the 15 1/2 foot 3-seater canoe. Exercise on the treadmill while enjoying the view outside the master bedroom balcony. The house has a full size pool table and air hockey table in the walk out basement, which is heated in the winter. Includes a 25,000 BTU air conditioner (main floor) and 3 smaller air conditioners (bedrooms) from June - Sept. The house is child friendly and includes outlet plug guards, child safety gate at the bottom of the first floor stairs, an extra child safety gate that can be used at the top of the stairs, a high chair with tray, a play pen and a crib. The house is 10 miles from the new Mount Airy Casino and just a 20 minute drive to Pocono Raceway. Don't miss this one!

Great Time for My Family

We had a wonderful week. Highlights included canoeing, fishing, paddleboats, swimming pool, swimming beach, day trips to Camelbeach Water Park and Bushkill Falls, relaxing in the hot tub at the end of the day, or playing air hockey and pool with the kids in the basement. We brought our bikes and took some nice rides. House had everything we needed, and we loved the main floor layout and the soaring glass windows.

my girlfriends and i stayed at the lake house and thoroughly enjoyed it. the view of the lake was relaxing and we went for some great walks around the area. what a nice quiet place for a getaway with friends to sit around and chat. it was very clean and very accomodating for our group.

Just spent the weekend at the house. It is true, the pictures do not do the property justice. We had twelve girls stay and everyone was comfortable. The view from the back deck is gorgeous and being able to sit right on the lake was so relaxing; the best part being that it was right in the back yard, so you can just run back into the house if needed. The kitchen had everything you could possibly need for cooking and I felt at home. I would definitely stay again and recommend the property to my family and friends.

My family (6 and a baby) and I spent a week in July '08. We had a great time, there was more than enough room, a great view of the lake from the deck, feeding ducks and geese from the dock and the fish were biting enough to keep the teenagers interested. The location was close to alot of other things to do: Bushkill Falls (beautiful), Camelbeach Water Park (good time for babies through teens and adults), the Outlets, boating/water skiing on Lake Wallenpaupack and Mt Airy Casino all witin 30 minutes. The Butlers were very accomodating as I had to make various changes with who was coming and when, never a problem. My family agrees that this was the best vacation we've had yet. My thanks to the Butlers.
