Charming Cape home with all the amenities and a lovely large yard offers guests a wonderful, relaxed way to vacation! Located on a quiet cul de sac approximately 200 feet to the beach on the south side of the Cape, where the water is warmer, this location is unbeatable. There's no more need to load sandy people or gear into your car at the end of the day, or to pay parking fees at the beach lots - simply walk back and forth from beach to home as you wish! A popular restaurant overlooking another beach with swing sets and a gazebo is just as close. Catch the beach breezes as you relax in the large backyard under the scattered trees. Bikers, walkers and runners can take advantage of the Cape’s rail trail or leave from the house and explore the back roads of the area. Should your stay include a cloudy day or two, the house comes with cable and a DVD player, and offers a comfortable place to read, play games or plan your day exploring the many area attractions.

This house is clean, spacious and cute. You can tell the owners put a lot of thought in to how it is stocked and decorated. It is well-maintained.

Our favorite things about the house were outdoors. We enjoyed the large yard, the hammock, and the outdoor shower because we had a very hot week. The kitchen has everything you need to cook at home. We enjoyed eating out on the breezeway and the patio. It was nice that there was a TV with cable and a DVD player. We even took advantage of a book on the shelves and one of many games on hand.

The location was wonderful. Close to the beach and away from the traffic. We didn't feel that we had to pack up everything to go to the beach, because it took just 3 minutes to walk back to eat or whatever. No need to pay for parking either. They had beach chairs available, so we didn't have to find room in our car for them.

We enjoyed the Skipper Restaurant and the views from there. Also Seaview beach and the beautiful sun rises.

A couple of restaurants we were disappointed with included Giardinos and the Pancake Man.

Elizabeth was a pleasure to work with and answered all my many questions before and after booking.

I would recommend this property to others.
