Located on a scenic bluff directly on Lake Michigan, come and enjoy the relaxing view from the large deck, enjoy walks along the beach and playing in the water. There is a biking/walking trail located at the end of the drive that leads to Petsokey and Charlevoix. If you like to shop, there are plenty of shops located in nearby Petoskey and Charleviox. After a day of exploring, enjoy a meal at one of the many restaurants or sit on the beach and enjoy the sunset. There is so much to do you will have to come back year after year.

Secluded but not far away from lots of cultural activities as well - Petoskey and Charlevoix have summer festivals, art fairs, sailing events, shopping, dining and much more.

This lake front cottage was exceptional in every way. The location and amenities were first rate for us. The cottage was clean and had everything we needed for our week stay. The view was fantastic and peaceful. The hiking and bike trails access were great and the location close to Petoskey was perfect for us.I would highly recommend this property and would come back.

We spent a week here, July 2009.
The view is spectacular, the cottage is perfect.
The location, between Charlevoix and Petosky, could not be better.

I was mostly impressed with the carefully thought out amenities in the cottage. From coasters, to throws, napkins, to dish and laundry soaps. We had every comfort and need met. Everything was clean and well-maintained. I would highly recommend this property to a friend or anyone that would love to get away to a fantastic view, deck and beach.

A Perfect Home Right on Lake Michigan

This home is in a very lovely neighborhood, right on Lake Michigan, halfway between Charlevoix and Petoskey. Lots to do in both cities. The home is very clean with all amenities included, deck and gas grill, beach towels and beach chairs. Beautiful picture window overlooking the water. Deck has a bar that seats four and a glass table for six. Even iron and ironing board, washer and dryer. Fire pit. However, no sand. The chairs sit on pebbles so if you have kids, there's no place to play in the sand. We had no kids with us, so it made no difference to us. We were five women having a girls' week and it was well worth it! A very upscale neighborhood to take a walk around.
