This 3 bedroom/4 bathroom and terrace town house is located right on the centre of Sitges and is the best option for groups up to 6 persons wishing to stay in the very centre of the city with privacy and a luxury standard of accommodation. The house is only 200 meters far from Plaça Cap de la Vila (Sitges main square) 250 m. far from San Sebastian beach and from the Church, the pettiest t area in Sitges. Just in front it is the 'Retiro' with public parking (24 hours a day) gardens, Café and Cinema. It has 4 levels and it features central heating, and air conditioning. At the street level, just some steps up there are a dressing area with a bathroom. The 1st floor is a large leaving room/open kitchen with a balcony. The 2nd floor has 2 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The 3rd floor has a double bedroom, a bathroom and a large terrace. The rate depends on the season.

Sitges is the most beautiful beach town in Barcelona Area, Sitges adds to the typical beach activities a lot of yearly events as its famous Carnival, the Old Cars Race Barcelona-Sitges, the flowers carpets on the street day, The August 23rd firework and the Festival of Terror Movies. You can arrive to Sitges either by car or by train. If you arrive by car you have the Retiro public parking just in front of the house and if you arrive by train (there is a train station at Barcelona Airport and with one change at Prat de Llobregat Station you will go to Sitges) you need to walk less than 10 minute to the house.

Additional information about rental rates

  • The house full price is calculated taking into account the season, the stay’s number of nights and the number of guests.

    The base price is quoted for a seven nights stay of one or two persons and the amount is 1050, 1180, 1375 or 1880 euros for very low, low, medium and high season respectively.

    Each additional night costs 150, 160, 175 or 260 euros more, depending on the season, and each additional guest 11,5-27,5 euros per night.

    Very low season is from January 7th to the end of February, low season is March and November 1st to December 23rd, medium season is April, May and October as well as Carnival and Easter, and high season is from June 1st to end of September and Christmas (from December 24th to January 6th)

    Carnival and Easter are charged always as medium season.

    There is a minimum of four nights to be charged (five in Christmas/New Year, Carnival and Easter)

    For long stays (one month or longer) special prices, to be negotiated, are applied.
  • There is a reservation payment of 30% of the total price to be done at the moment of doing the reservation. This reservation payment isn’t refundable in case of no presentation and in case of cancel will be only refunded (deducted the bank costs) if the house is actually rented to other client during the same dates.

    There is a 150 euros damage deposit to be returned when you leave the house (this damage deposit will be used to pay eventual damages to the house, to the amenities or to pay extra-cleaning if necessary).

    The time for check-in is at your convenience from 14:00 hours but if the actual arrival time to the apartment is from 22:00 to 8:00 hours there is a 30 euros supplement to the landlord. Checkout time is 11:00 hours.

    The renting is done under the Ley de Arrendamientos Urbanos in force in Spain.

Notes: Every bedroom has a double bed (two bedrooms have a 180 x 190 cm bed with the possibility of been converted in two 90 x 190 beds if asked in advance and the third one a 135 x 180 cm bed) wardrobe, heating, and air conditioning. 3 of the 4 bathrooms are new with power showers and halogen lights. One of the bathrooms in the second floor has also a Jacuzzi. The house is fully equipped. The kitchen has a large breakfast bar, dishwasher, microwave, oven and other amenities as kettle, coffee maker, toaster, crockery and cutlery. There is a small room with the washer machine and the dryer. The living room has Satellite TV, DVD, Stereo and CD. Bath linen and bed linen are provided. A cot is available if asked in advance.

we as a group girls would strongly recommeend this town house it has everything you could ask for it was absolutley
perfect spotlessly clean, the owners are very helpful should you need anything. The resort is also beautiful many lovely restaurants and bars, it is just lovely to go somewhere and relax but if you want to go out and about the train station is a short walk [10min] the sea is also just a few mins away.we have stayed in this house twice now and will return to it next year.if i had to say anything about the house and what we think it would need it would be a kettle and that would just be being picky

Excellent Location & Property. Will Return!

The house itself is a gorgeous townhome in the center of Sitges and just a few minutes walk to the beaches, nightlife, restaurants, everything. The home is furnished with all the basics you'll need in the kitchen (lots of extra dishes and glasses), extra towels, linens, satellite TV, CD/stereo player, washing machine, dryer (that was a major help for our two week holiday). Everything was very clean and a cleaning person came halfway during our 2 week stay to do a complete cleaning and changing of linens.

The air conditioning works flawlessly -- sometimes too well! There are units in each room and just turning a couple of them on for 30 minutes will chill the entire apartment down very quickly.

The terrace on the top floor is lovely, but the only downside is that access to it is through the bedroom on the top floor. Also, the bedroom on the top floor is loft style, so there is no door to the room, just the stairs so if there is a lot of noise from downstairs the person(s) sleeping there can hear it. It wasn't a problem for us since we were usually so tired at the end of a day we all slept like lambs.

A major bonus for us is that there are 3 full bathrooms in the house plus a mini toilet on the ground floor. It's hard to find a holiday home with so many bathrooms. This really was fantastic when getting a group of 5-6 people ready to go out in the evening. :)

The beds were very comfortable and all the bedrooms had excellent pillows, except for the smallest bedroom which had very flat pillows. My only request would have been to have more pillows available in the house.

The bedrooms have great sound-proofing and thick windows with blinds which completely block out any light or noise. Perfect for those late Spanish nights and sleeping in. :)

Javier and Jordi are extremely nice and very accommodating. They provided us with much information about the local area and even gave us a ride to the train station with all of our extra luggage on the return trip home. Many Thanks!

We look forward to staying here again next year!

Just wanted to say thank you for everything. Location of house is fantastic. All roads lead back to the house from the centre of Sitges. Many great eating places on the doorstep and supermarket within easy walking distance. Wonderful bed in master suite and great to wake up to a rooftop view over the patio.
