House, 3 Bedrooms + Convertible bed(s), 3.5 Baths, (Sleeps 6-8)

Stunning 3000 square foot home on the 18th tee of the Jack Nicklaus Tournament Course with a private pool and spa and lots of room to entertainment. There is also an outdoor BBQ center with plenty of seating. The Jack Nicklaus Tournament Course is 1 of 3 public golf courses at PGA West. This home is located right down the street from the public club house for dining, lessons and driving range.

This home has a private front courtyard. Relax and enjoy the majestic trees, private pool, spa, outdoor seating and BBQ with wonderful golf course views. This home offers all the amenities you want or have at home. The home is decorated in a comfortable style with elegance.

The tranquel Master Bedroom with and eastern King bed has a open walk-in travertine Shower, soaking tub, 1 walk-in closet, ceiling fan, telephone, intercom, TV with DVD/VCR and sitting area with large sliding door to the beautiful backyard.

Two other bedrooms with queen beds have their own telephone, intercom, TV with DVD/VCR, ceiling fan and attached bathroom with two sinks and large shower.

The huge gourmet kitchen is well equipped wtih granite countertops, a double convection/oven, microwave, large regrigerate/freezer with ice maker, center island and stocked with needed cooking items.

Located down the street from the new SilverRock Ranch public golf course and a short drive to the world renowned El Paseo shopping. Or, you might choose to drive to the Cabazon Outlets.

Casual or Fine dining with too many choices to list is also driving distance and no stranger to the City of La Quinta or nearby Rancho Mirage, Palm Desert and Indian Wells. The sister club: La Quinta Resort and Spa also offers Spa treatments and extra pampering.

My wife and I have always loved the California desert in the La Quinta area. It is a dream to retire there someday and spend more time -- always! The best weather, people, food, golfing, sports and retirement/vacation situation you could have. Please enjoy your stay!

What makes this house unique

It is a lovely property with a superb location close to the public clubhouse and golf at the PGA West 18th hole (Jack Nicklaus Tournament Golf Course). The Clubhouse was recently remodeled so you can enjoy the best dining and golf/practice OPEN TO THE PUBLIC there including a convenient mini-mart. This property has one of the larger backyards, pool and great outdoor entertainment area plus open and inviting floor plan. We hope you like it as much as we do, enjoy friends!

The location and design of this property is excellent. Located on the 18th fairway of the Nicklaus Course, very close to the club house and restaurant. Home was very well stocked and the property manager was accessible and very helpful with any problems.

Superb Rental at PGA West!

We had a fantastic time at this wonderful home! This house has everyhting you need for a great "get away" - The outdoor area is sensational with plenty of spaces to hang out and enjoy the desert skies! We spent a lot of time BBQing and enjoying the fire pit at night. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need for sit down dinners! Great sound system and we loved being so close to the clubhouse too!
Thanks for a great time, we hope to rent the house again next year!

When we first walked into the home I was taken back it was BEAUTIFUL !! I was speechless. We have stayed at other homes in the area and this by far was the most outstanding one of them all.
