This beautiful, luxury log home is located right on Steamboat Mountain!! Just minutes away from the Village, our home offers privacy, spectacular views of the ski mountain and is just a short walk from the Thunderhead-High Speed Quad Chairlift. For convenience we offer an on-call shuttle service. The shuttle service upon your request will either take you up to the Thunder-Head Chairlift, the Gondola, the grocery store and even to downtown Steamboat Springs. Our home offers four very comfortable and tastefully decorated bedrooms, four full baths all with custom log furniture and detail throughout. We pride ourselves on providing a first class experience and offer special amenities: Bathrobes for each of our guests, brand new ski rental / demo equipment brought 'straight-to-you' and fitted at the 'Chalet' with no travel required, Chef prepared meals and catering are also available upon your request.

Additional Details for the Burgess Creek Chalet: The master bedroom is unparalleled with features that include 18 foot ceilings, a breathtaking view and a custom oversized tub that comfortably accommodates two. The loft, just above, has a custom entertainment center for multi-media enjoyment or even a spare bedroom. The lower level of the Chalet is also inviting with its open floor plan, comfortable furnshings and a newly renovated kitchen with beautiful countertops.

The lower level is very warm offering an open floor plan with 9ft ceilings, a complete operating kitchen with new gas range and custom built countertops. The furnishings are brand new and very comfortable. We pride ourselves on a first class experience and offer bathrobes for our guests.

In the historic town of Steamboat Springs our guests will enjoy galleries offering rare and special regional artifacts, and fine dining restaurants all just minutes away. There are great hiking and mountain biking trails right from the doorstep for those who enjoy the wonderful outdoors.

Our large family so enjoyed our stay. The home was well-appointed and cozy comfy. The Christmas Tree added sucha festive spirit. We appreciated the two kitchens as we served not only our family but two others who were staying elsewhere on two different nights. Our grown children enjoyed the hot tub as well as the downstairs area after hours when we old folks headed to bed. The shuttle was great to get us to the lifts or to the accomodations of our friends.
I know that Stefan did not order this especially for us but we so enjoyed the call of the coyotes and the yips of their pups. In the morning we awoke to see the prints all over the front lawn.
Stefan and Eve were so easy to work with and had everything ready for our arrival. we will definitely stay with them again. Call if you have any questions.

We rented this log house from Stefan for our yearly ski trip to Steamboat (3 families with infants). This house was great for our vacation. The views from the hot tub were great, the deck was super (after removing the 2 feet of powder that dumped the night we got there, oh yea!!). Easy access to the slopes by walking or by shuttle. We could not have been happier with this property. This is an easy choice for anyone looking for a place to stay in Steamboat. We will certainly be knocking on Stefans the next time we head to Steamboat. I would love to see this place in the summer.

The house was well-equipped and very comfortable. The shuttle service also worked great. All the drivers knew the house with the blue skis in the front! Fortunately the house was warm since the outstide temperatures never got above zero!
