The plaza less than an 15 minute walk features many Museums, Lensic Theater, bike rentals, , J. Crew, Talbots, and other local specialty shops, Canyon Road and endless casual and fine dining.     Special Event Rate/Holiday Rate include Christmas Week, and New Years 12-21 thru 1-1, Thanksgiving Week, Indian Market, Memorial Day Weekend, Spanish Market Weekend, and Labor Day Weekend.
    Special event and holiday 5 to 7 night minimum.
    Reservation not to exceed two adults and 2 children.
    We do not allow smoking anywhere on our property, inside or out.
    We do not allow pets, no exceptions
  • Check in 4pm / Check out 11 am / Rates are based on 1 to 4 guest only. Special Rates are based on 2 guest only
    50% deposit required with reservation / Prices include tax.
    Balance due at check-in, pay by check, cash, travelers check, money order, may pay full amount before arrival.
    Will receive a confirmation by fax or mail with directions as soon as deposit is received.
    Cancellation Policy:
    If for some reason you need to cancel your reservation the following applies: 2 week notice prior to arrival, if holiday reservation a month notice prior to arrival. If it falls after that date, your deposit will be lost unless the dates you had booked can be re-booked with another party. Your deposit will be refunded less a $50 handling fee if your cancellation falls within the guidelines as stated above.

Amenities: Your up-scale casita features custom made furniture from a local artist featured in a gallery downtown. Plush pillow-top queen size bed, 350 count cotton sateen sheets and cotton Indian pattern towels by Ralph Lauren. Antler trimmed handles adorn the custom made dresser, rawhide lampshades, lodgepole bed, private TV/DVD in bedroom. Natural color walls are adorned with southwestern art, a large skylight located in each room brings the natural lighting in. The Pottery Barn sofa/sleeper features a queen size bed with a vhs/dvd tv. The casita sleeps 2 to 4 people. Children are welcomed, but we have a policy of no pets or smoking anywhere on the property. Public Transportation: The New Rail Runner is 2 blocks away, providing train service from the Railyard area located 2 blocks away to Albuquerque. Cancellation Policy: We will gladly refund your deposit less a $25 handling fee of the nights that you booked can be booked by another party. One time cleaning fee, prices DO include tax

Exclusive access to Members Only Fitness Club: During your stay you will have access into the members only El Gancho Fitness and Racquet Club. With our club number you have access to daycare, exercise equipment, daily classes for adults and children, tennis and racquet courts and an indoor and outdoor swimming pool. The fee is $5.50 for each child and $9 for each adult that is payable as your enter the club. If you are interested please let us know so that we can provide the number for entry and notify the front desk of your arrival.

Great location for Santa Fe area exploring

We really enjoyed our time in Santa Fe and the casita was the perfect home base for all of our exploring. Providing quick and easy access to the Plaza and Canyon Road areas, just a short walk to the Santa Fe Railyard, and right off of St. Francis Drive, this casita provides a central location for seeing all of Santa Fe and the surrounding area attractions. The casita was quite light and airy due to the skylights and was very comfortable for recovery time each evening. Nice courtyard for enjoying the beautiful, cool Santa Fe nights. Quiet neighborhood.

Our 2-week stay at this lovely casita wasn’t long enough. We found the property as advertised, well appointed and spotlessly clean. The location was perfect for walks to the Plaza, Farmers Market and galleries. The kitchen was well equipped so that cleaning, packaging and freezing our 2 bushels of roasted green chilies presented no problem. The neighborhood, while close to major streets for easy driving, was always calm and quiet. We made good use of the casita’s internet access locating nearby areas for great hikes and details of local activities. The owners were very helpful especially with restaurant suggestions. We were sad to leave our ‘home away from home’. Until next year……..

Great Casita-Great Kitchen

We love to cook and chose this casita from the picture of the kitchen. It was the best equipped kitchen of any 1BR rentals we have stayed in and we made five wonderful dinners, some of which we enjoyed on the outside table. We were there for the Santa Fe Opera, Santa Fe Chamber Music Festival and Indian Market and the 23 minute walk to the Lensic or the Plaza was nice. The Farmer's Market at the Railway District (Sat and Tuesday mornings), just a few blocks away was a bonus to folks like us who love fresh vegetables. We will return when we come back to Santa Fe for the Musi Festivals.

Nice Stay

The casita was clean, well decorated, and very quiet. The walk into the center of town takes 15 minutes at the most, is easy to do, and quite safe at night. Santa Fe cools down nicely at night and sleeping was fine.
