Great white water ocean view home in beautiful Aptos, 5 minutes by stairs to the sand. A very private property surrounded by giant ferns and oaks. 4 bedrooms 3 baths and 1 half bath. a large spacious home. Two stories, on the first level is the kitchen, living room, dining area, full bath. all with ocean views. cathedral ceilings, open floor plan make this a truly comfortable home. The kitchen has a large stainless steel frig, ice maker, electric stove, dishwasher, disposal, coffee pot, blender, mixer, nice ports and pans, nice dishes. There is a wrap around bar separating the kitchen from the living room. gas fire place, comfortable furniture, 32 inch TV VCR DVD stereo phone. The dining area can seat 8 persons. Downstairs are three of the bedrooms, full bath, internet. separating the main house by a glass covered ceiling chairs, table gas barbecue is the quest cottage with canopy king size bed, gas fireplace full bath with bathtub, TV VCR DVD, skylights. The home has forced air heat

The Beach at Sea Cliff is safe for swimming. I love the boardwalk on ocean with snack shops, markets, a great place for jogging, walking the dog. there is a really fine restaurant Cafe Rio. The home has a washer and dryer 3 TV's 3 phones 2 gas fireplaces, internet 2 patios, a sun room, activity room with foosball.

Lovely home with a fantastic view. Quiet neighborhood. Close drive to Santa Cruz and about a 40 minute drive to Monterey. Weather in August was on the cold side when we arrived but by the end of our stay, it was perfect. Owner is a pleasure to deal with. The only reason I checked four stars under the "accuracy of property description" was that it no longer has the hot tub (which the owner told me before our stay) and it also lists bunk beds in one room (which was changed to a queen) but she also advised me of this change. This was my first experience with a HomeAway site and my family and I won't hesitate to use it again.

My son-in-law's description fit the rental perfectly - it was awesome! It was great for a family get-a-way, complete with a full kitchen, quick access to all Santa Cruz has to offer, and a gracious host family. We don't hestitate for a second to recommend this beautiful vacation spot for family gatherings as well as Cruizing the best the area has to offer.

Beautifully maintained, extremely comfortable and cozy, incredible view and location overlooking ocean. Kitchen was equipped for serious cooking; plenty of seating. Great amenities (tv's, books, beautifuly linens, a game room with air hockey which the kids loved). We rented this vacation house for a thanksgiving family reunion -- with 4 bedrooms - plenty of privacy. The moment we walked in - we couldn't believe our good fortune! Reasonably priced, responsive owner.
We'd do it again in a second!
