Two minute walk to the beach and a one minute walk to the heated community pool. Private Cul-De-Sac location with lush, tropical landscaping. Incredible outdoor living spaces featuring a covered, screened lanai and two large sun decks. King sized bed in the master suite with luxury linens. Modern appliances with a full size washer and dryer. Solid hardwood floors and brand new carpeting throughout. Free Trolley goes everywhere on the island. Credit Cards accepted. An exceptionally nice vacation home for the rental price!

Notes: This home has been significantly upgraded in every detail. It has more outdoor living space than any other unit in North Beach Village. The covered lanai is a great place to enjoy your morning coffee. Listen to the doves coo while you enjoy the peace and tranquility of this island paradise. Huge wrap around deck features sun or shade any time of day. Granite and ceramic counter tops, new paint, appliances, and much more. Two TV's, stereo, and DVD player. Sleeper sofa in living room, 2 car garage. Decorated very nice with tropical accents. Very Beachy!

My family stayed here in July and was extremely pleased with all the accomodations. Short walk to beach, pool was great. Trolly is short walk from house and runs every 15 min. House was everything they advertised, even the bikes, pool and beach accessories. Very well maintained and equiped with everything a family would need for a nice vacation at the beach. Tropical Scenary throughout the village. Owner was very pleasant to deal with.

We stayed here the last week of April and were very pleased with the accomodations. It is a short walk to the beach, probably three minutes. Beach is great for swimming and fishing. Couldn't snorkel though as the wind was blowing stirring up the water.

Townhouse was nice, clean and great for a family of five. There were no bicycles there for our use as indicated in the vacation rental description. Other than that everything was great and the owner was excellent to deal with. I would recommend.
