Villa, 3 Bedrooms, 2 Baths, (Sleeps 6-7)

New tile in Kitchen!!! New King bed in master!!!!!!!!!!!!

This is a non-smoking villa located in the exclusive Plantation Golf and Country Club. It is 10 minutes from beautiful beaches and surrounded by public and private golf courses. Golf membership is not included in the rental fee.

This large single story attached villa offers almost 1800 square feet of living space. It is a 2 bedroom/2 bathroom unit with a den that is currently being used as a bedroom. The master bedroom has a king bed and lakeview. The master bathroom has 2 vanities and a walk in shower. The living room, dining room, and glass enclosed florida room also have lake views. The 2nd bedroom has a queen bed and the 3rd bedroom has twin beds. The glass enclosed florida room has Dreamscreens and can be used as an indoor or outdoor room.

The property is very quiet and peaceful. The neighborhood is well maintained. There is a nice neighborhood pool and clubhouse to enjoy. Within minutes there are great shops, many churches, local businesses, local golf courses, and beautiful beaches. The neighborhood is filled with great sidewalks for walking or biking.

Venice is beautiful! Great beaches --great walking and biking trails in the neighborhood and nearby.

HAVE STAYED THERE SEVERAL TIMES JUST AS PICTURED. LOVELY PROPERTY --WELL LOCATED NEAR BOOKS A MILLION, WALMART, LIBRARY, APPLEBEES, CHILIS, PUBLIX AND MANY RESTAURANTS
