This is a great place.It was our first time in FL and we had a great time.The place looks much better in live than on the pictures.We feel it like home from the first moment we get there.Everything was perfect, clean and in great condition.The building has everything, garage, pool, jacuzzi, ac, and great 15 floor view.It is just minutes from downtown Miami, and just 10 minutes from South beach where we spend most of our time.You are not going to regret if you rent this place.

Perfect Location

The location is perfect for business or pleasure on Biscayne Boulevard. It's walking distance to the downtown, including the arena, the Omni Mall, and a few blocks from the causeway to get to South Beach. The apartment is immaculately maintained in a full service, 24-hour doorman building. The washer-dryer is a plus.

Way exceeded my expectations..............

I was at first skeptical of this property, due to the fact that I wasn't impressed with the photos of the pool or the furnishings. But upon arrival I immediately noticed that the photos didn't even begin to due the apartment justice. It looked like an entirely different place, truly beautiful, even to my cynical eye. And to my absolute delight, the building turned out to have one of the BEST hot tubs I have ever had the pleasure of using. Add to that the fact that the owners/managers are a real pleasure to do business with and you have everything necessary to make a great vacation. I have already stayed with them again sense this first inital visit and will continue to do so on my future visits to this area.

Perfect for my business trip to Miami

I rented this condo for a conference in downtown Miami. It was a bit too far to walk to the conference, but the Miami Metro Mover was only about two blocks from this condo building. The Metro Mover was free and there was a new one every few minutes, so it was convenient and kept the expenses down.

The condo was clean and the description was accurate. The owner of the condo provided great service, including suggestions on restaurants and how to get around. (There was a surprisingly good pizza place a couple blocks up the street and I had some great ceviche at the waterfront.)

Having the free wireless in the condo was key for catching up on work email after the conference ended each day. It was great to be able to enjoy the downtown Miami evening skyline from the condo balcony while working.

The only nit I have to pick is that the IGA grocery store left a bit to be desired. It is only a block away as described, but it's more of a corner store.

There was a pool and fitness room in the building, which were nice options to have. I didn't rent a car but there were plenty of transportation options for getting around.

The condo is well located near several performing arts centers like the American Airlines Arena and an opera house. I didn't see any shows, but thought it would be convenient if there was a Miami Heat home game.

Overall it was good for Miami business trip, but I think it would work well for a Miami vacation, too.

A nice apartment in a convenient location!

The apartment was very bright and clean, and the balcony had a wonderful view south of the Miami skyline and parts of Biscayne Bay - you can even see the cruise ships coming and going from the ports. The mattress was slightly too firm for my taste, but everything else about the apartment suited us perfectly.
Very close to the Hilton, Grand Doubletree, and the Arsht performing arts center and easy to catch public transportation from this location to points not within walking distance.
Public transportation bus over to South Beach from the Omni was fast and reasonable. Taxis were also generally reasonable every time we used them.
Some good nearby restaurants (in walking distance) included the 18th Street Cafe, the Daily (on Biscayne) and a Sushi bar (whose name I cannot remember) on the ground floor of this apartment building on the Biscayne side - delicious! There is also a small grocery store within a block of the building.
Also, it must be said, the owner was very accomodating, organized, kind, and easy to work with in all regards.
