The fully furnished, very spacious, three bedroom, 2.5 bath townhouse (about 2800 sq.ft) is located in the beautiful community of Banana Bay on Perdido Key. Located between the Gulf and the intracoastal waterways. The Gulf Intracoastal Waterway has calm water perfect for small children and families. Spend the day swimming, boating, kayaking, or watching the dolphins pass bye. You can enjoy wave less swimming in the Intracoastal Waterway or take a short 5 minute drive to the incredible white sandy beaches lining the Gulf of Mexico. Boating, fishing and much more are all conveniently close. In addition to the private community beach directly on the Gulf Intracoastal Waterway you will find a swimming pool, hot tub, and sauna just steps from our front door. If you like to Golf, the beautiful Lost Key Golf Course is just across the road.

  • Our offer is much better than other Negotiate Your Own Price programs. At Banana Bay you know EXACTLY what we are offering! Take advantage of our limited time offer. Check availability, if it looks open it probably is! Send an email or call us with the dates you are interested in and a fair price you are willing to pay for your daily or weekly rental. If the offer is accepted we will notify you by email. You will have 2 hours to accept the offer and book your reservation. Not valid with any previously booked reservation. $200.00 Deposit at booking, 50% of rental total in 30 days, balance 30 days prior to arrival. Cancellations prior to 30 days before arrival date will result in a 50% loss of rental fee. Reservations cannot be canceled with less then 30 days prior to arrival date. 11.5% Florida Sales tax and a $95.00 one time cleaning fee apply. Submitting a rate does not guarantee that rate or dates will be accepted.
  • Booking: A $200.00 Reservation Deposit is required at booking. The remaining balance will be charged to your booking credit card 30 days prior to your check-in date. The same valid credit card is required for both the reservation deposit and the remaining balance. Payment may be paid by Visa or MasterCard.
    There will be an $95.00 cleaning fee applied to all visits.

    Cancellations: You have the right to cancel with 30 days written cancellation notice. All advance funds will be returned less a $50 cancellation fee. If written notice is received less than 30 days prior to arrival, 50% of all advance funds will be forfeited unless we can re-book your rental dates. No refunds will be given for early departure, as you are responsible for the entire time booked once within the non-cancellation period.

    Travel Insurance: You are being advised to secure travel insurance to protect you against any cancellations that may occur.

Just across the road from Banana Bay you can enjoy The Lost Key Golf Course. We were really impressed with the size of the unit (and the bedrooms!) and our family had a wonderful trip. The bikes were an extra bonus and we rode to the gulf daily. I would certainly recommend this unit to others and we would re-rent again.

Banana Bay is A-Okay!!

Excellent vacation fun! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Banana Bay. We were very surprised by the size of this townhouse, which allowed everyone to spread out and enjoy the place. Everything is well maintained and the master suite is wonderful.

At first we were concerned about not being right on the beach, but the addition of the pass to Johnson's Beach is first-rate. The beach was never too full and an easy trip over, so we were perfectly fine with that arrangement. We had great dining options near the condo, take in a sunset over the bay at the Sunset Grill. Played a round of golf right across the street at Lost Key (could be renamed Lost BALLS) which is a very nice course. The kids loved the freedom of hanging out on the private beach in the evenings and at the pool when we weren't at Johnson's Beach. We got some great family photos on our last evening at the very eastern end of the island right at sunset. (great location)

Definitely would recommend to anyone staying in the Perdido Key area. David was a real pleasure to deal with...THANKS.

What a GREAT getaway!

My friends and I stayed here at the end of May 2008. We were very impressed with the size of this condo. Everything inside was clean and we had plenty of room for all 6 ladies and all of our stuff! The pool was nice and the drive to the public beach was not far at all. The private beach is on the inlet, but it was very peaceful. We found lots of hermit crabs and sand dollars and even saw the dolphins the first afternoon we were there! I will definately be renting here again...whether it's the girls and I or the family. We were very pleased!

Perfect for large families

We stayed here in 2006 and 2007 and are planning to return in 2008. This condo is in a great location, very peaceful and quiet, and was a perfect pick for a large family with 5 children. The children loved the area and ask to return every year. WE LOVE IT!!!

Pretty Area

The property itself is very nice and comfortable. Very clean and fun to stay at. The inside is furnished very nice and stocked with all the items you need so you don't have to bring a lot of extras. The location is a little bit of a disadvantage since it states that it is on the beach. It has a private beach with in the community but not direct access to it. The club house that they state has equipment in it is not very nice and all the equipment was broken so we could not use during our stay. I don't blame this on the owner but on the maintenance staff. It is a drive to the beachs and no passes were available for us to use. The unit comes with bikes but the tires were flat and we were not able to use. There was a lot of construction going on at the time that we were not aware of. The owner was very nice and helpful with any questions we had and the unit is very nice and clean. There are some very nice places to walk or run in the area. The actual unit was great the surrounding area nice but not what we are used to when staying directly on the beaches of Florida. The pool and hot tub were nice and clean even though the furniture was not taken care of and most of it was broken as well.
Owner's Response: "Banana Bay is a small community of townhomes with a private beach. All homes
within the community have direct access to the beach. This unit is approximatly
40 yards from the beach which has recently been expanded and is now even nicer
than last year.
All community amenities have been repaired or replaced since last season and are
now being maintained by the community owner's association.
The Gulf beaches are nearby, the closest of which is about 1 mile away."
