Located on a quiet street ending at the shores of Great Pond, it has the size and space of a 3 bedroom house. Steps away is the hiking/bike trail along Great Pond, perfect for evening walks or a ride on one of provided bikes to the beach. The public boat ramp and docks are close enough to launch and park the trailer at the house making this the perfect location for those interested in bringing their own boat, kayak, or jet ski to access the open ocean. The house is fully furnished. One bedroom configured with a full size bed, the other with a set of twin beds that convert into a king size bed. The living room has a pull out couch and one of the two cable TVs; the family room has the other TV, a day bed w/trundle bed providing a private and quiet area for families with different bedtimes. A clean, bright kitchen, washer/dryer, and bath complete the accommodations. Sliding doors from the family room provide access to the back yard, grill and deck. Wireless internet and gift basket!

Live jazz music at the Nimrod Club located in downtown Falmouth. The Cape Cod Melody Tent, is located in Hyannis. Falmouth is the home of five 18 hole golf courses and a one 9 hole course. Boating is just 300 ft away, just bring your boat, kayak, windsurfer... Surf fishing and the beach are all within a mile. The charter fishing boats and ferry to Martha’s Vineyard are about one and a half miles away. With groceries, beer, wine, liquor and even Wal-mart less than a mile away, the house is very convenient. The Cape Cod Factory Outlet Mall is at the Sagamore Bridge for that occasional rainy day. A complete area guide is maintained at the house. If you have any questions, please email us!

The house was immaculate....it was obvious that the owners put alot of thought into their home....there was nothing that we needed that was not in the home....it was especially nice to have the bikes ....we biked to Woods Hole on the bike trail...which I would highly recommend doing while visitng Falmouth. I would definately rent this property again and encourage anyone looking at this property to rent it...the owners are lovely to work with and you will not be disappointed.

Our family enjoyed a great week in Falmouth this past August. The cottage was clean and had so many things we needed: bikes, helmets, beach chairs, beach umbrellas. There was a well-stocked gift basket and welcome card waiting for us and the owner provides so much information about local beaches and things to do. There was plenty of room for the 4 of us with 2 tv rooms and indoor and outdoor dining areas. We would definitely stay here again!

Great place for a quiet, relaxing vacation. Quiet neighborhood, child friendly street; Immaculate house with a great deck; We loved and enjoyed every minute of our stay! Everything that you would need is there; ie: bikes, beach equipment, chairs. Very close to grocery store,other shops without having to go on all of the major routes to get there! We will definately be back next year!
The owners provided top notch customer service!

Cape Cod Vacation

This rental is a cute ranch with a big sunroom and deck. Sleeps 7 easily between the two bedrooms, pull out couch and daybed with trundle in the sunroom. The place is very clean and charming. Nice backyard. Very quiet neighborhood and close to the beach. .9 miles to be exact. We found we were in a close proximity to everything. We were less than two miles from the Island Ferry to Martha's Vineyard which we visited on our stay. I would highly recommend this place to everyone.

We have vacationed on the Cape for over 20 years This is the first time we stayed in the Falmouth are and loved it. The house suited our needs and the washer and dryer is a plus. We decided we would like to rent this house in season if the chance comes up.
