Belfast is known for its galleries, shopping and dining. This downtown apartment is located on the second story of a century-old building, blocks from the waterfront, with restaurants, a movie theater, video rental, book store, quaint shops and natural food co-op all withing walking distance. Outdoor enthusiasts are close to kayaking, biking, sailing and hiking. Space is 600 sq feet plus, situated above a small shop specializing in lamps and vintage items. The one large room has recently been renovated. New appliances and fixtures, two twin beds with a possible third person to sleep on the daybed. Building faces south with wonderful light and sun.
