Centrally located cottage - just a six minute walk to the Grand Pavilion and Boardwalk. Three Bedrooms - all with feather beds and 300 count cotton sateen sheets (King in master, King in guest room, bunk in guest with full size on bottom, twin on top, and trundle) two newly renovated baths (one in master and both guest rooms share a bath). Beautiful new Kitchen with granite counters and new cabinetry. Equipped with all the cooking utensils and entertaining pieces you will need. Wonderful porch that has plenty of room for both outside dining and sitting areas. Once you decide this is the cottage for you, the owners can direct you to the best places to rent bikes, golf carts, umbrellas, and chairs. All delivered directly to your doorstep. They have done all the research for the best deals on the island!

This beautifully decorated home (which has been 100% renovated in 2006) has three bedrooms and two baths. The master bedroom has a king with a feather bed, private bath that has been completely renovated and updated and opens to a lovely screen porch. The other two bedrooms share a common bath (again, completely updated). One guest room has a bunk bed with a full size on the bottom, twin on the top and also offers a pull out trundle bed. This darling room opens to it's own private outdoor deck. The second guest room offers a king size bed with feather bed topper. All beds have luxury 300 count cotton sateen sheets and feather bed toppers. The beds are all downy soft - Just perfect when you've had too much fun in the sun!

The living room and dining room (with a table for six) look out to the private screen porch. Just perfect for family get togethers! The newly renovated kitchen, with beautiful granite counter top and all new cabinetry, boast all the utensils, appliances, and entertaining pieces you could ask for. All the serving pieces compliment the decor of this “home away from home”.

The wonderful back porch stretches across three quarters of the house, making it the perfect place to relax and unwind. This porch feels very peaceful and private, surrounded by tall Carolina Pines, and soft marsh breezes. It will be a favorite of all who stay here! Staying within the gated community of Wild Dunes, affords great relaxation for families of all ages. Whether relaxing on the beach, sipping cool island drinks up at the Grand Pavilion, or strolling along winding nature trails, there is something for everyone!

Nice, but needs a little tlc

Great location and nice updates, but needs a little tlc. My family has been coming to Wild Dunes for an annual summer trip for the last 9 years. We have stayed all over the community- from small cottages to executive homes. This location is great proximity to tennis, golf, pool, beach, ... Yet, we were disappointed with this home's ammenities. Don't plan on cooking as there are very few pans and no baking sheets. The grill on the deck was a plus, but it was out of propane, so we had to resort to using the only large pan. The deck was not in the best condition- some rotten boards.

Wonderful Cottage!

This charming cottage was all we hoped it would be. The owner is flexible and easy to work with. The cottage itself is beautifully-decorated and neat as a pin. The beach was a short walk away. We really couldn't be more delighted with the experience. My only regret is that we didn't stay one more night.

My husband and I shared this cottage with two of my brothers and one brother's fiancee from May 23 to May 30 of 2009. We had a lovely stay. The cottage is beautifully decorated and very clean. We spent a good deal of time in and around Charleston, but it was nice to return to the cottage for evening walks on the beach. The beach was a five-minute walk from the house and very easy to get to. We had a lovely time here and would recommend this unit to everyone considering a vacation to Charleston and the beach.

Wonderful get away retreat!

My entire family loved this home. It was beautiful and relaxing and very private. The children enjoyed having their own side of the home and they loved the soft and cozy beds. There was plenty of room for the family and we never felt like we were in each other's way. The porch is awesome a perfect place to sit an read a book or just get away from it all.
