This property offers a large measure of privacy, yet is just a very short walk to one of the finest Ocean Beaches on the Cape - Ballston Beach. Lots of space and nicely laid out, this home has two bedroom 'wings', each with bathrooms and the living space is in the center. As you enter through the front door, the home seems to welcome you. It's extremely well maintained and very nicely appointed. For the location and amenities offered, you can't beat this rental. It eminates a warm and welcoming feeling as you enter. This property is not to be missed.
