House, 3 Bedrooms + Office, 4 Baths, (Sleeps 6)

Located in the exclusive Brentwood area of Los Angeles this beautiful 3,500 sq ft home has been featured in commercials and used for TV productions. The property was once owned by Frederick Kohner. author of the famous "Gidget" book, based on the life of his daughter who also lived on the property. The book was actually written in the guest house that is still located in the garden area.

Minutes from the Pacific Ocean, The Getty Center, Riviera Golf Course, Santa Monica and Beverly Hills the property is ideally situated for anybody wishing to explore Southern California. Only twenty minutes via freeway from the Los Angeles International Airport (LAX) it is perfectly located for visitors from overseas.

This custom built three bedroom, four bathroom, two level home comes complete with a huge secured private yard (ideal for small children), your own fountain and outdoor dining area. The downstairs area features a large formal living room with French doors on three sides leading to the garden, this room also includes a custom made fireplace to add the perfect finishing touch to a relaxing evening in Southern California.

A gourmet kitchen complete with indoor bbq, marble counter tops and informal dining area bridges the area between the cozy TV room (complete with 50 inch HDTV flatscreen TV) and the formal dining room which seats eight comfortably in candle-lit elegance.

There is even a small gym area off the TV room complete with Stairmaster and free weights.

The master bedroom with it's French doors leading to a large deck complete with a cosy seating area. The master bedroom has it's own fireplace that adds to the romantic ambience of this house. The master bathroom complete with marble fixtures features a jacuzzi tub with plenty room for two that sits below a chandelier.

In addition to double sinks and a huge custom built shower,there is also a walk in closet.

One of the other bedrooms is complete with a 32 inch flat screen TV along with Playstation and Nintendo game systems.The house is wired with a built in alarm system in addition to a stereo system that provides music throughout, Wifi internet access is also installed.

Weekly cleaning and gardening services are provided at no extra charge. Pets are welcome subject to a deposit.
