This beautiful waterfront villa, set on the cliffs overlooking Magens Bay, is surrounded by the sea on three sides. From every room you are treated to dramatic views of the sea below. Watching the pelicans soar by at eye level with the waves crashing against the rocks is sublime. At the villa you will enjoy the morning sun, afternoon shade and the prevailing tradewinds. A ten minute walk takes you to a small local beach for swimming, snorkeling, guided night diving and fishing charters. A ten minute drive takes you to Magens Bay Beach, one of the ten most beautiful beaches in the world. This elegant, casual, Mediterranean style villa is designed for easy island living. Cook in the well appointed kitchen or dine at a world class restaurant with a 20 minute drive. There are several to choose from.

Bedrooms 1 and 2 have bath tubs and large walk in closets. Bedroom 3 has a huge double shower and french doors opening on the pool and spa. Bedrooms 3 & 4 open onto the pool deck. The sofa in the living room converts into a double bed and there is also a single bed on rollers available and a Pak and Play crib and highchair.

Notes: We have a wind generator which generates about half the power used at the villa. We also are connected to the utility grid and have an automatic back up generator so power outages are not a problem. A release of liability is required from parents of minors.

Great Villa!

We so enjoyed this villa. The decor and setting were beautiful. It is filled with wonderful artwork. After going to St. Thomas, I really think it's the best location on the island. We were two adults with four teenagers and found it to be very conducive to our needs. We cooked in every night. The kitchen was well-appointed and Caryl Ann stocked the kitchen with food for us. I would not recommend it for very small children however. Really a place to get away from it all.
Recommended for:  Adventure Seekers, Families with Teenagers, Romantic Getaway
