This charming, 1,677 sq. ft. house was built in 1932 and is located only five minutes from downtown Reno. Except for the master bedroom, which is carpeted, the home has the original hardwood floors and a beautiful barrel ceiling in the living room. There is a queen size bed in the master bedroom and a full size bed in the second bedroom. A study/bedroom off the master bedroom has a twin size daybed with a trundle. A fully tiled bathroom adjoins the master bedroom and a second bathroom, with a shower and alcoved tub, is near the second bedroom. The home is furnished with many antiques from around the world, including a wonderful elephant collection. (There is even a painting in the study/bedroom by an elephant!). The modern, fully stocked kitchen has a dishwasher, coffee maker, microwave, and a washer and dryer. There is a small eating alcove in the kitchen, as well as a formal dining room off the kitchen. Outside on the private patio there is a gas barbecue & seating for six.

  • $240-275/Night (except for 2 night stays)
  • Half the rental fee is due at the time of booking and the other half is due at least 21 days prior to occupancy. A 12% room tax is not included in the rental prices. A $500 security deposit must be made by credit card at the time of check in. The deposit is fully refundable unless items are missing or damaged, or if extensive cleaning is required. Weekly and monthly rates are available.
