Walk to the beach and shopping in this bright and modern end-unit townhouse just 3 blocks from the beach. Newer townhouse (built in 2002), this house sleeps 10 people comfortably and works well for two families - with 4 bedrooms & 3.5 bathrooms. The main living area boasts a large fully-equipped eat-in kitchen opens to a spacious deck and family room equipped with TV (digital cable), VCR, DVD, video games, and a computer with high-speed internet access. There is a garage and ample parking available. You'll love the bright and contemporary decor, and the space to relax when you're not at the beach. Walk to the local shopping and restaurants, or the Bethany Boardwalk. A short drive to the outlets in Rehobeth (tax-free!), the nightlife in Dewey Beach, or the boardwalk in Ocean City! Weekly rentals Saturday-Saturday. No smoking, No pets.

The house overall was satisfactory. Some minor repairs are needed for beds, etc. Since the house is right by the main road, it has its pluses (access to everything) and minuses (traffic noise). The rental details indicated access to tennis, but we couldn't find one. Having a computer and phone in the house was good.

Very nice property. Clean. The only problem is that in order to get to the beach you must cross the main road (1A). You have to be careful with young children.
