Located in a wonderfully unique, natural setting, enjoying an exceptional climate, this apartment offers every possible comfort for your stay. We offer the highest quality in a peaceful development, within 30 thousand square meters of the prize winning tropical gardens, yet only a few minutes walk from the opulent social life of Marina Puerto Banus in Marbella.

Our gardens have 3 swimming pools with integral children's' pools, life guard attendance, fountains, lily ponds and streams. The gardens host an open air restaurant and cafe exclusively for residents.

This very safe and secure development is located directly on the beach with two security gates - one leads on to the Blue Flag sandy beach, into the inviting Mediterranean sea and the lavish Ocean Club with its fabulous huge seawater swimming pool. The other security gate leads into the famous PUERTO BANUS MARINA which is a two minute walk either along the sandy beach or by using the boardwalk.

The gardens and apartment are wheelchair and push-chair friendly. The boardwalk is accessible from our garden gates which make the beach and Marina Puerto Banus so easy to navigate.

The 24 hours concierge / reception facilitating your arrival and departure times making them totally flexible and at your convenience plus an underground parking space is provided with elevator access. The complex enjoys a most luxurious exclusive health and beauty SPA with its own indoor heated swimming pool, well equipped gym, a multitude of dance & exercise classes, sauna, steam room and Turkish hammam , massages (reasonable entrance fee payable directly to club).

You will also find on site; a 24/7 supermarket, pharmacy, restaurants and cafes.

YOU DEFINITELY DO NOT NEED A CAR when holidaying in one of our apartments as everything you need is immediately accessible or just a few minutes' walk. Malaga or Gibraltar airports are 35 minutes drive.

The on-site restaurants, cafes, supermarket, pharmacy, health-club and beauty spa are all facilities which help in making our apartments so sought after. Another bonus is Marina Puerto Banus is accessible via our garden gate
Although we do include a car parking space at no extra charge you really do not need a car here.

Very spacious, with great views- we loved it!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay- Playas del Duque suited us perfectly and our daughters (15 and 11) appreciated the space, three pools, and the beach. Everything is close together, so it only took minutes to walk to the supermarket, to the beach, restaurants and to the pools. I particularly loved the gardens , immaculately kept and affording my fair skinned husband lots of shade. The ambience is refined, relaxed and just what we were looking for; We are planning to go again next year !
All our emails were answered with efficiency and practically by return- great admin and very helpful owners.

The calm and relaxing gardens offer light relief from the streaming sunshine while lounging under the tall shading trees strategically dotted around the tropical gardens enhanced by a mini stream populated with golden carp fish.

This is the second time we have stayed in Playas Del Duque and it is still as fabulous as ever!!
The location is perfect, the grounds are immaculate, so well maintained and the apartments are pristine, up to date with everything you would ever need.
Our booking was easy and keys were there on arrival, and im even getting my lost belongings sent back to me! Thanks Angela & Nael I shall definitely be rebooking ; )

Totally faultless accomodation

This was the first time we had booked private holiday accommodation online. We did so somewhat nervously as the last thing we wanted was to book a substandard apartment.

Booking the apartment went smoothly with the owner being both polite and informative. Each stage payment was acknowledge and the whole process was very professional.

Upon arrival at the apartment we were delighted to find that the apartment was even better than we could have imagined! It was spotlessly clean and had all the mod cons expected of a luxury apartment. The complex is set in substantial gounds that are kept in fantastic condition and the beach is literally a couple of minutes walk away.

Overall a great location with excellent service from the owner who repaid our deposit within 24 hours of is leaving.

The kitchen is very modern with ceramic hob and separate utility room which has two boilers, washing and drying machine, dishwasher available, hair dryer, ironing board, safe, DVD. Ensuite bathroom to bedroom 1, marble floor and walls, bath/shower over, wc, bidet, two washbasins and hair dryer, guest bathroom is similar. Very nicely decorated apartment. Towels, linen, weekly cleaning is included. Additional cleaning and baby sitting can be arranged at cost. Cot & high chair provided on request.
